In addition, there are quite a few downhill ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails available in winter. The popular destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. At 950 m, the water dome is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers an extensive range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biophere Reserve in the quiet outskirts of Sandberg on a 7,000 square meter property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash around and play. In 1998 the former farm was completely renovated, with great attention to detail.
