Apartment with a view in Lillesand city center with a short distance (15 min) to the Zoo. Suitable for 2 adults together with children. The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa to relax in. While the sun is enjoyed, children can play in the garden with the lawn, trampoline and sandbox. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide double bed as well as a wardrobe to keep things tidy. For active guests, I offer the use of a rowing boat, canoe, paddle board and good fishing opportunities. There are also great hiking opportunities and many activities in the nearby area and Evje with shops and Troll Aktiv is a short drive away. In winter, the ski slopes start a few hundred meters away and the snow-sure ski resort Høgås is 10 minutes away.

There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. There are good parking facilities at the entrance in addition to the carport. It takes 5 minutes by car to Birkeland city center. There you will find a bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Birkeland is known for its fine hiking trails for the whole family. Salmon fishing in Tovdalselva is also possible during the season. It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo by car, 14 minutes to the southern town of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.
