I invite you to a comfy stay at this 2/1.5 2 story townhome built 12/2022. This fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Shady Oak Guesthouse

Enjoy your stay at this shady oak guesthouse. It is located on our 2 acres of land with the view of a neighboring lake. Don’t let the size fool you, it has a queen size bed, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee. The eating area can double as a workspace if needed. It has a full-size bathroom as well. It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 1.5 miles to downtown, 1 mile from JU, 20 minutes to the beach. This Arlington townhome has been rebuilt from the studs. Parking is right outside the front door. Grocery store is a half a mile away. Lots of great food options within a 1 mile radius. Enjoy a half mile walk to our local marina. Bedrooms include one king size and one full bed, and 1.5 bathrooms. We provide WiFi, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body gel. No pets.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Our treehouse is located on 1 of the many islands located within the Timucuan Ecological Preserve and has been branded as the North Florida Keys(it is accessible by car). The Hideaway was just recently remodeled with modern taste and simple design to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in every aspect of their stay. The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.

A resort-style pool area is featured, surrounded by modern lounge chairs. Large windows from nearby buildings reflect the evening light, while palm trees provide a tropical ambiance. The pool is well-lit, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the outdoor space.

This is my second time staying at Emily’s. It is super cozy and clean. I appreciate her attention to detail ie welcome snacks and drinks. More than anything I am grateful for the flexible check in. My train got in super late and Emily was out relaxing on her beautiful patio and made me feel so welcome.

Great stay for a one or two nights when you won’t really be there. It’s a sleep shower and be gone all day. But it was clean, easy to find, and great price for my trip.

Leo was the perfect host and really made me feel at home! Lots of deep conversations and enough time alone to study when I needed to . The bnb was comfortable and I felt safe while here :)

A nice quiet place in a neighborhood. Easy to get to other places for food or entertainment. Easy place to stay for UNF activities. Clean and your own parking space which was safe. Kristi had amazing directions and it was so easy to check in. The shower rain head was amazing big and the pressure was absolutely perfect! Loved that shower! Only issue was it rained so much and so hard that the parking area collected about 4” of water so I had to walk through that to get to the pathway for the entrance. I only had tennis shoes on so they were ruined for the trip. Nothing that new plastic shoes from Walmart couldn’t fix. Bring water-type shoes in case it rains like crazy again. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Quiet and peaceful and Kristi is very responsive.
