The residence consists of 3 separate suites, as well as a living room and a kitchen that can be used as a 4th sleeping area. They have a shower. Two of the suites can accommodate a couple with 2 to 3 children. The suite located on the first floor is reserved for a couple. The living room can be set up to accommodate 2–3 additional guests, ideal for large families wishing to rent the entire residence. The price of the suite is 350 dinars per night.
