Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Binyamina-Giv'at Ada

Had a great stay. Booked 2 of nissim's flats including this one (3 min walking distance from each other) for 2 toddlers and 5 grown ups. The apartments were super clean and comfy. Had everything you would need for your stay. Nissim even provided us with milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The compound has play grounds for kids, 2 heated swimming pools close by and open for guests and a small supermarket. The kids had plenty to do during our stay.

Michael was such a great host! He was helpful and so nice. The apartment was clean and had a great view! It was walkable to so many places and restaurants. Great experience with a great host!

אמיתי בחור תותח! מארח מקצוען עם לב גדול מעל ומעבר.. פגשנו בן אנוש עם רצון לתת ולעזור בכל מה שצריך. גם ב2:00 בלילה. שאפו גדול על דרך הניהול העסקי שלך אמיתי! למדנו ממך כמה דברים מאוד חשובים. הרגשנו איתו כמו משפחה. הבית היה נעים ונקי, מושקע וכייפי. הים בנוף מתוך הג'קוזי הכל פשוט היה מושלם! עוד נחזור. מומלץ בחום ואהבה גדולה!

Avi was a great host, very proactive and available for all of our inquiries. He prepared videos in English to help us with easy check-in. The place was amazing, clean, spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea. We were there with kids, two families and everybody felt like at home, the dining table was great, the kitchen was very spacious and all beds were comfortable! Highly recommended!

Mazel’s place was homey, cozy and provided complete privacy. There were extra sheets, towels and blankets should we need them. The bathroom had toothpaste, soap and shampoo, available. The kitchen was fully equipped (not just a micro and kettle). The prize was the porch which opened on to the private garden. We spent almost all the hours we were in the house on the porch. We ate there, read there, and just sat there to enjoy ourselves. That was such a pleasure.

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?

Fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. Pics don’t do it justice! The nature reserve on the beach just a short walk away was beautiful. The supermarket opposite was very handy for many a breakfast on the balcony soaking in the stunning views. Moshe was a very warm and welcoming host and the playroom made my children’s stay extra special. Would highly recommend.

התארחנו 4 זוגות עם 3 קטנטנים אצל יוחאי והיה מאוד נעים וביתי. מטבח מאובזר, פינת אוכל גדולה ונוחה, סלון חמים ונעים, גינה מוצלת עם בריכה קטנה וכיפית. הקשר איתו היה מאוד מוצלח, הוא מאורגן ומיומן באירוח, היה מדויק בכל פרט קטן שהיינו צריכים ונתן מענה מסביר פנים וסבלני. ממליצים בחום ואהבה

היה פשוט נפלא בבית של מיכל. הינו שתי משפחות, כל אחת עם שני ילדים קטנים. היה נוח, נעים, עם נוף יפהפה. נהננו מאד מהג׳קוזי, האח המחמם, הארנבים החמודים והחברותיים ומהנוחות הכללית של הבית. מיכל היתה זמינה לשאלות בוואטסאפ, והיתה אדיבה ונעימה.

המקום של נורית פשוט מקסים! הכל מאובזר ברמה גבוהה מאוד – אפילו כיסאות אוכל לתינוקות היו. המקום נעים, נקי ומטופח, והבריכה והאזור החיצוני מוקפים צמחייה ירוקה ויפהפייה שמוסיפה לאווירה השלווה. נורית הייתה מארחת מדהימה - זמינה, קשובה, ועזרה לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים, באדיבות ובחיוך. ממליצים בחום, במיוחד למשפחות עם ילדים - חוויה נהדרת!

We had a wonderful time at Yuval's place. It is exactly as in the photos - we could literally recognize the house from the street just from seeing the photos. Everything was super clean and so beautiful and the kids loved playing on the large porch and we loved relaxing there at the end of a busy day. The place is only a short drive from a beach which is also a nature reserve and there's lots of other things to do in the area. It's the perfect beach getaway - with sea views, very quiet and quite private. We would definitely want to come back in the future! The access to the house can be a little tricky so it's not perfectly accessible perhaps for older people or people with disabilities and it can get a little tricky if you have a lot of baggage. But that's the only thing that isn't perfect about this house, and for us it was a none issue.

מקום קסום ונעים! כבר פעם שניה שאנחנו באים עם כל המשפחה ומרגישים ממש בבית! הבית מיוחד וטובל בירוק ובשקט. ממליצים בחום!

היינו שתי משפחות בוילה של כינרת. המקום נקי,נעים ומזמין. נהננו מאוד מהמשחקים שהתאימו למגוון של גילאים ומילאו עבורינו את שני הערבים בוילה. המצעים והמגבות הרגעשו נקיים וכינרת ציינה שהם מכובסים בכביסה מקצועית, מה שתרם לתחושת הניקיון והנוחות שלנו. המטבח של כינרת מאוד מאובזר והכלים בהם השתמשנו הרגישו נקיים ומזמינים. החצר נעימה וכיף לשבת בה. הדבר היחיד שהפריע לנו הוא שהיו במקום שני חתולים שהרבו להגיע לחצר. הם אינם של כינרת וכינרת הציעה פיתרון להרחקתם שאכן עבד בכל פעם שהגיעו. הדבר העיב במעט על שהותנו בחצר, אך פרט לכך נהננו מאוד מאוד ונמליץ בחום להגיע.

We spent a wonderful 9 days in Aaron's charming house. For the three of us (my husband, our 3yo son, and me), the house was perfect in size: a fully equipped kitchen with spices, oil, plenty of dishes, and cutlery. A huge, comfortable bed with clean and fresh linens and towels. There was plenty of space to store our belongings, and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and even conditioner. There is a sitting area with a TV and very comfortable sofas. Guests also have access to a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary products for them. A small shop is within walking distance, and a large Carrefour supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away. The garden deserves a special mention—about 14 by 12 m2, shady, with grapevines and a beautiful table. There was plenty of space for our son to run around. The house also has a safe room, which adds to the sense of security. Aaron and Tamar were very kind and hospitable, and communication was top-notch.

האירוח היה פשוט מושלם! הבית היה נקי, מרווח, ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך – אפילו יותר ממה שציפינו. המארחים היו זמינים, אדיבים וקשובים לכל שאלה או בקשה שלנו. המיקום היה נוח ושקט, מושלם למנוחה וגם כבסיס לטיולים באזור. הרגשנו כמו בבית מהרגע הראשון. בהחלט אחד מהאירוחים הכי טובים שהיינו בהם – מומלץ בחום רב!

This unit is very cozy and nice. the kitchen is nice and basic, and the living area is cozy. it's nice to have the yard and the dogs are very very friendly and love attention. all in all this is a very nice place to stay and really near Meir hospital if you are in need of a medical assistance. Debby and Ori were very attentive and helpful

Dan’s appartment is wondeful ! Clean , big , has evrething you need ! The terase is colourful and you feel like heaven ! The place is close to evrething , and it has a big parking exactly in front of the building ! And Dan is allways responsive , we had an internet problem and he came very Quick to solve it ! Thank you for evrething Dan , and if i ever visit again Haifa , your appartment is the only option in my eyes !

דירה מעולה! שכרתי את הדירה ליומיים והתארגנתי בה לקראת החתונה שלי. היה מושלם, נקי, מואר ונעים. הדירה נהדרת לחופשה סמוך לטיילת וחוף אולגה ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך, וגם מתאימה להתארגנות של כלות כמוני - יש כיסאות בר, כיסאות נמוכים, הרבה מראות גוף ותאורת יום טבעית טובה. בעלי הנכס היו זמינים ואדיבים ואני ממליצה מאוד מכל הלב!

The street isn't very picturesque – but what an amazing place! Tall ceilings, vintage furniture, a projector, perfectly equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with all the toiletries, wooden windows, four (!) balconies. It felt like traveling back in time to an era when things were simpler. We loved sitting on the porch, the ocean to our right and an old school taxi station across the street, watching the drivers gather for their morning coffee. There is a bakery across the street and three grocery stores, one of which is open seven days a week. There is a Carmelit station right outside and riding it was the highlight of the trip for our kids. It's within walking distance (or a short drive) of all the good places: Talpiot Market, the food scene around the harbor (Breada and Maayan Ha'Bira being our favorites). Communication with Anurag was great and he was flexible with check in and check out times. Can't wait to come back!
