I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

This was the perfect place for a one-month workaction. We used the apartment as a base to travel around Indonesia but also several days of remote work. The location is perfect: there is a connecting bridge straight into the mall where you have a good groceries store, pharmacy as well as lots of restaurants. Downstairs express laundry, a gym and a swimming pool, perfect for working and quick lunch and after work dinner. Additionally we travelled around Indonesia and the location is just 25-40min to the airport through the motorway. Taxis know the location well and there is a covered car lobby with a ramp to roll up and down your luggage. Everything is neatly placed. The apartment itself is on the 26th floor and has stunning views, a basic and efficient shower, a working space and a large bed. Lots of closet space allows to leave everything clutter free. Rest assured that on our next trip we will try and get this okace again. Theresia is fast replying and super friendly!

great place! easy to go from and to with Grab/Gojack. wonderful swimming pool. amazing view!! Kozystay was also really helpful and answered any questions we might have had. if we needed more detergent for washing they also quickly brought it for us. in short a great stay and they delivered on their promises. oh and did i say a great view yet? 😉🙏

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dwitya’s place on the 35th floor of Transpark Bintaro, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and immaculately clean the entire unit was. It’s clear that Dwitya takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for her guests. The unit is beautifully designed and equipped with all the VIP amenities you could ask for, including high-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, a fully stocked kitchenette, and even complimentary beverages. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment is remarkable, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out to me was the breathtaking view from the 35th floor. Watching the sunset from the unit was a memorable highlight of my stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Dwitya was an excellent host—responsive and truthful :) 10 out 10

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay. Yvonne was very responsive, proactive and friendly. The room was exactly as it looks and described at the profile. Overall, we had a great time and hope to stay there again when we’ll be back

overall, pengalaman menginap di sini baik dan menyenangkan. Namun ada beberapa area yang masih kotor. seperti area balkon yg terdapat banyak putung rokok yg tidak dibuang. Lalu area bawah dapur yang kurang bersih dan rapi. Serta sprei yang masih ada nodanya. Sedikit masukan, akan lebih baik apabila di toilet/ruangan diberikan beberapa gantungan baju.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Nice room, good location

The place is right at the centre of the city, and just by the MRT entrance. The unit itself is super homey and cozy, and has the direct view of some of the city skylines, just perfect! Pier is definitely a great host that was very responsive to the messages.

The apartment looks exactly the same as in the picture! Unit nya bersih & wangi nya enak, begitupun kamar mandinya (bersih & wangi) water heater menyala dengan baik, tidak tiba2 dingin ketika dipakai bbrp menit. Ada netflix nya bisa smbil drakor-an, AC nya dingin suka banget! Hanya saja kamarnya bersebrangan dengan jalan & tidak kedap, jadi mobil halu lalang terdengar sepanjang malam. Tapi aku pasti bakal kembali menginap lagi disini. Recommended!
