Very stylish and beautifully furnished apartment with excellent amenities. We lacked nothing, it was very cozy and relaxing. Only the daily supply of baked goods and food was not provided in the village itself, for this you have to drive to the next larger village (about 10 minutes). Overall a very nice holiday on the North Sea!

Johan and Karine were very welcoming and helpful. They make their place home "away from home" for their guests. Very responsive hosts and they are always willing to help. I enjoyed my stay, especially when visited Johan's farm where I took some amazing photographs. Would definitely recommend this place!

Modern, bright, spacious and very clean apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is very quiet, with a terrace and views over the fields. Large, modern bathroom, and the windows all have fly screens (you can sleep without worry with the window open). Good starting point for excursions and bike tours. If we go on vacation to Krummhörn again, we will definitely ask for the apartment, because we felt very comfortable - to which the friendly hosts also contributed. From us 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Anne's house for a week and felt at home. Everything is as described and seen in the photos. The location is great. Ideal for us with a dog. Only, as previously mentioned by others, that the vanity and mirror in the bathroom are too high, I am only 165 cm and the kitchen cabinet is high. We highly recommend the small, pretty, sparkling clean house.

Sita's place was perfect for my two night stay in Dukkum. Perfect location and lock box for easy and flexible check-in. Sita was a wonderful host and left a nice welcome gift. Definitely will stay here again when I am back in the area.

There were four of us there for a night. Nearby is a parking garage where we were able to park. This was also recommended by the host. The location is great and you can walk to everything in minutes. The instructions for check-in and out were clear and understandable. Everything was clean and as described.

Erna was very kind and communicative, the apartment itself was clean when I arrived. Sometimes it can get a bit loud in the evening/night since there is a bar next door, but it's really not too bad. The apartment itself is the price absolutely worth. The location is just perfect. I can highly recommend it and would 10/10 book it again.

We had a great time - Maurits and Anke were really quick in responding to questions. The studio is really cozy and has everything needed for our three nights (if one would want to cook, it would be possible). We were welcomed by lovely Friesian cookies, always an highlight! We went for a day trip to Schiermoonnikoog which we can highly recommend!

Nice, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed here for three months and had a great time. The rooms are big and well-equipped. The only sound comes from a hundred birds singing in the morning. The city center is located 15-20 minutes away by bike.

Your host is extremely friendly and helpful! It is extremely good value for money... fabulous 24 hour gym too. Not much to do in the neighbourhood and the best part of an hour to walk to the town centre.

Wonderfully quiet place for a week of hiking, perfect location between 3 nature reserves. The cottage is equipped with everything you need!

Lies is a very friendly and active Host. She responds quickly and kindly. The apartment was neat and all the necessities you expect from an apartment are present. The B&B is beautifully located on the edge of the city center of Groningen, just around the corner you will find various terraces, nice restaurants, the Forum and the Martinikerk. Please note that there may be some more noise on weekends. Nice surprise: Upon arrival, Lies had provided some delicious drinks in the fridge!

We really enjoyed the hospitality and the beautiful accommodation. All rooms were very spacious. In the kitchen, everything was really present. And the garden was an oasis of peace with a wonderful table to start the day with a nice cup of coffee and end the day with a nice glass of wine. We enjoyed it!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of space for 6 people. Very good, fast and nice communication with the host. Good opportunities for shopping by bike or car. Good parking, also for several cars. We would recommend the place right away. Thanks a lot!

We had a nice few days at Jan's. The apartment offers everything you could ever need. In the village there is everything you need. Emmen is also easy to reach. It's nice to have peace and quiet for a while if you're used to big city noise!

Very cosy and atmospheric camping! We got a full tour of the camping upon arrival. The showers are big and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

Beutiful place around, the house inside is very nice

We had some very nice days at the Twisterhof. We particularly liked the tranquility in the countryside, the proximity to the Netherlands and the private hot tub. The large garden gave our dog a lot of pleasure. Merel was always easily accessible and super friendly.
