The apartment is located in a quiet and secure area. The apartment when entering is cleaned, the dining room is quite full of cooking utensils and the included utilities are very good. Uncle Bang is always helpful when I have questions and is very friendly and helpful.

The location was close to Ho Chi Minh City's Bui Vien Street and close to the city, so it was nice... I highly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation. The studio apt is small but has everything one needs for an extended stay. I loved the little patio facing the river. The extras really make it special. I didn't get to use the sauna or pools but the gym was adequately outfitted for a good workout. The markets on the first floor level had everything for making your own meals. There are good small eateries in the surrounding area. Grab delivers however google isn't always accurate. The host was very responsive upon arrival and communication was quick and thorough. I really liked this place and will make it one of my top choices when I visit HCM again. I only stayed 2 complete nights this trip but I could easily do a week or two here.

Tom’s place is absolutely beautiful and elegantly designed. Located on the 28th floor, it offers stunning city views. It’s just a short walk from Bui Vien Street, making the location super convenient. Totally worth what we paid and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Area is nice and still developing. Just a 5 minute drive from the heart of district one. Place is nice, modern, and secure.

We had a really good stay. The place is clean and service responsive. The only downside was that we had to make arrangement an hour in advance whenever we needed to use the pool.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

The host is amazing , the apartment is great and clean! Coming again for sure

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

We had a great stay at this spacious property. The space was ample and comfortable, making it perfect for big groups . The host was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy's place, she's super helpful and quick to respond. The place is great and with beautiful scenery + seaview from the pool. Water provided with more extra to buy right from the fridge. Air conditioners are working great in all rooms and comfortable beds, good entertainment with the billiards pool & karaoke. In the night, we had some great BBQs, new grill provided from Thuy's. I am not sure if it's the weather or the ventilation design of the house but it's hot in the common area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay for our work-cation.

Great place, clean and spotless. Jasmine and team were always very responsive. Quite a few supermarkets nearby. Very close to mrt station. Away from the hustle bustle of district 1, but very central at the same time. 16-20 mins to district 1 where most of the attractions are

Due to personal reasons, the travel plan was postponed for two days, and the Host quickly responded to the renewal, very satisfied

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. Great apartment in District 7 of HCM City. It is on a high floor and features a pool and gym. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. A large Lotus Mart is just a 7-10 minute walk away, where you can find a wide variety of quality groceries.

Zoey’s place was nothing short of perfect. It has a cozy, homely vibe—calm, tidy, with great natural light and diverse views. One of the bedrooms is bathed in the ambient glow of high-rise buildings, while the living room overlooks nature and the river. The neighborhood is incredible; I actually prefer it over the downtown area because it’s peaceful to walk around and still has everything you need. The host herself can’t be anymore attentive and charming! Strong recommendation

I really rested comfortably like my own home~! The massage shop on the first floor was also good~^^

This place was in a great location, clean, and private. I felt safe the whole time and it has a great view of the city from the pool. Overall I recommend!
