The place was exactly as expected, the apartment is at a high floor with a nice window view, the furnishings were good and clean. Ha (the host) was extremely helpful and responsive

Very beautiful apartment in a new mega property complex. The furnishings were brand new and designed nicely. We had everything we needed and more. The area is fairly new, plenty of family residents with kids here with less than half of the shops still empty. It’s very peaceful in the development that we decided to move into the building next door. The pools are so nice to enjoy every morning! We stayed here during a visit to my family that live in the area. There aren’t many decent hotels as it’s not considered a tourist area so this was a great option. The host was very responsive throughout the trip.

25 dollars a night for such a big room, you get a kitchen, 1 bed, and 1 bath in this location. However, Vietnamese apartments do suffer from a mold issue due to its humidity which is not the airbnbs fault but HappyOne’s fault. Only downside is the fact it is on Dai Lo so it is hard to walk around

The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Room is big and comfortable.

This place is wonderful. Everything is clean and organized. The apartment is huge and has everything that you need. The neighborhood is quiet and there are stores around. Phuong even helped me with shopping in the first week and always asked me if I needed help. I never experienced such hospitality in any Airbnb. Highly recommended 10/10 ⭐️

Very nice condo, well decorated. Free gym and swimming pool. The host is very responsive and friendly. You will have 2 bed rooms and fully equiped kitchen if you need to cook.

We enjoyed our stay here. place is clean,well furnished, and equiped with everything we needed. Host provided us some brevages and instant noodle as well. Also the host is nice and responsive. The only downside that bothered us a lot was the active surveillance camera inside our stay. The feeling of being watched is just uncomfortable.

I was worried because there were no reviews, but I think it's because they haven't been hosting for long. The host was very friendly, and the location of the accommodation was really good. If a lot of people book and leave a review, I think it will be a good enough accommodation.! I had a good rest!

The host responded very quickly and accurately. Unlike the noisy downtown of the first group, it was quiet, and the best thing to be around the mall was the taste and price of local food. It was the best for a relaxing break, but there was street pressure to go out of town. Overall, it was the best.
