Martini Time is a modern 90m2 loft located on the top floor of a 13th century building (without lift), located on the ancient walls of Castello district, the highest and most noble part of the city. The terrace offers an incredible view of Cagliari and is equipped for outdoor living. 70 meters away is an elevator that takes you to the car park and the rest of town. The beach is a few minutes away. A unique and unrepeatable place, equipped with all comforts in the most exclusive part of the city.

The house present many original elements, starting from the marbles, from the large wooden French windows, to the balcony with the typical wrought iron railings, and has been completely restored creating a combination of history and modernity. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
