It’s a great place! Kumpleto sa utensils, nag enjoy rin kami sa karaoke, malinis na pool, badminton, and basketball ring. Masarap din tumambay sa labas. Very cozy ang sofa and chairs. Mababait din ang care taker at inaassist kami pati sa mini sari sari store na within the airbnb. If may isusuggest lang ako, is add ng PWD friendly ramps since family gathering, madami kaming kasamang seniors and may PWD rin na naka wheel chair. Overall, it’s an awesome place. We made memories between me and my girlfriend’s family. Thank you, P’s place! Will recommend and will likely book again if may family gathering ulit.

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, popular attractions, and conveniently close to the highway, making it super easy to get around. And the host is very responsive, too. Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Raymart was the best host Ive experienced here on Airbnb in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. It was really appreciated. The apartment is lovely, on the 8th floor with all amenities. I picked here to stay relatively close to family in the Binondo area and to work remotely. the internet was extremely stable, around 100 Mbps download speed, and was exactly what I needed to work my remote IT job for the week there. if anyone needs a good place to remote work from in Manila I would recommend this one.

Nice place and very aesthetic and I’m happy we’re 8 pax accomodated. I hope there’s more blankets or comforters for a total 8 pax and there’s a lock sa door ng CR or change the current door to a more safer or easy way of opening and closing and more sturdy chairs sa living room.

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 Kristine’s unit is superb! What you saw in the listing is what you get. From the entrance to the whole unit is really clean and organized. The lock is truly a smart lock, so you don’t need to worry about losing the key. The biggest plus factor is her trusted person Elvie, who comes to tidy up every other day. The host is easy to reach out and always concern about your stay if everything is okay. If I need a 1-bedroom accommodation again, I will definitely come back to this place.
