Small guest house of about 20 sqm in quiet residential area. 800 meters to swimming area, 20 km to central Gothenburg. The cottage has a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower, as well as a smaller kitchen with two hot plates and a microwave (with a barbecue function). Patio with afternoon sun and access to a small lawn, where you can also grill. Free parking and the option to charge an electric car. Towels and bed sheets are included.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. Here is the proximity to Gothenburg city center(14min), the quietness and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

You have access to your own parking. It is a 6-7 minute walk to the bus that takes you right into downtown Gothenburg.

Walking distance to the sea and swimming area, playgrounds, hiking area and cafes. 750 m to bus that will take you into Gothenburg city in about 30 minutes. The cottage has private patios with a sunny location without direct visibility. Fullt outfitted kitchen and bathroom. Billdal/Nya Hovås offers shops, pharmacy and system companies.

Mountaineering

About 20 steps before reaching the cabin a couple of steps to the bathroom and a few more steps to the bedroom. Sleeps 2-3 in the living room and sleeps 2 in the bedroom. Private patio. 1 km the crowning road to the sea. Nice swimming spots nearby. Good bus connections to Gothenburg. Takes 20 minutes. The host lives in houses next door and is Swedish and German speaking.
