Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

We enjoyed our stay. Korçë surprised us with so much to see, especially the medieval museum we found overwhelming. And that we got a private tour at the brewery, when we spontaneously reported to the gate, was great. Apartment offers exactly what is on the site. Great parking space at apartment and convenient key pick-up at supermarket around the corner. Highly recommended

The place is a lovely getaway, its in a quiet little bay with old houses that most of the old owners build themselves. If you want a luxury experience this is not the place, however if you want an amazing authentic Balkan lakeside experience this is definitely the place. The owner, Filip, was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and it truly feels like you are in a remote village with all its charms.
