Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking can be done both upstairs and downstairs in relation to the property.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Romantic beach house [Front-row ocean view]

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Welcome to our 181 m² Nordic-style luxury vacation home with room for 10 guests. We're Anders and Stine. Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Top-class nature experiences with 300m to the forest and 2 km to Denmark's best beach. We can't wait to welcome you in.

Scenic guesthouse

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while renovating our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it is located with beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø Lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.
