Heerlijk plekje om te verblijven. Een eigen tennisbaan voor de deur is natuurlijk fantastisch. Rouen is met de fiets goed bereikbaar langs de oever van de Seine.

During our trip to the west of France, we stayed at this lovely house, which has all the amenities you might need and is surrounded by nature. The house is located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. Despite our rather spontaneous reservation, we were warmly welcome. We would be happy to return!

Jolie petite maison bien équipée dans un quartier calme à 5 minutes du centre ville. Le séjour fut très agréable grâce aux bons conseils de Sophie.

Our family of four enjoyed everything about our night at Remy’s marine-themed ranch. From the masterfully crafted wood furniture to the decor and lighting, we sensed the care that had been put into building and furnishing the ranch. The large bunk bed was a perfect sleeping arrangement for us and all slept soundly on comfortable bedding. In the morning we got to know the white horse on the property and already the children want to go back! A warmly recommended lodging.

We had a great stay. Mickael and his family were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is unique but comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The scenery is beautiful and it was only a short drive to Rouen. The pool was warm enough and big enough to have a good swim. Hope we can return one day.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

Très contents de notre séjour dans l’ensemble malgré quelques poussières à certains endroits. Emplacement très calme et sans vis à vis. La Piscine chauffée est agréable c’est un vrai plus ! Notre chien a apprécié le beau terrain arboré, clos et bien entretenu.

Appartement parfait et agréable conforme à la description

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description : propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. Juliana a été très réactif et attentionnée ce qui a rendu notre week-ends encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette paisible maison et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage ! Un grand merci 😊

Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, de même, celui-ci est bien situé car à proximité de lignes de bus permettant de rejoindre autant le centre ville de Rouen que les universités. Les prestations proposées permettent également de cuisiner ce qui est vraiment agréable. En outre, le logement est très bien insonorisé et malgré la présence de la route à proximité, je n'ai pas entendu le ballet des voitures. En outre, le système PassPass proposé par M&A Conciergerie est vraiment utile et permet de concentrer l'ensemble des règles à adopter au sein du logement, ce qui permet de poser un cadre clair et d'accéder rapidement aux informations.

Excellent appartement à proximité de l'université, la communication avec Frédéric a été excellente, toujours très réactif!

Bruno was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout our stay. The apartment was very well presented and resides in wonderfully quiet surroundings but only a short drive to Rouen.

Très bel appartement traversant, au centre de la ville avec la possibilité de garer la voiture dans un immense parking INDIGO à moins de 5 minutes. Romuald et Emmanuelle sont très réactifs et les consignes sont très claires. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu ainsi profiter pleinement de la fête de la ville (Jeanne d'Arc).

Un logement idéalement placé proche de Rouen. Toutes les prestations sont de qualité et la décoration est choisie avec beaucoup de goût. L hôte est disponible et répond rapidement aux questions. Une adresse à recommander sans aucune réserve.

お部屋のインテリアも設備もベッドも素敵で清潔で何もかも最高でした。特にルーアン大聖堂の真ん前にあるこのアパートの立地は、観光には歩いて行けるし、バス停留所がすぐ裏なので利便性も素晴らしいものでした。近くにマルシェが2つもあり、新鮮な野菜や肉、お魚が手に入り、スーパーマーケットもあるので便利でした。週末のルーアン大聖堂前のショーはとても素敵でしたし、毎日穏やかな鐘の音が心を癒してくれました。Cedricさんはとても親切で明るく、何があってもすぐ対応してくれます。チェックインチェックアウトも大変スムーズです。とても快適に暮らせました。ありがとうございました。

J'ai pris ce logement en dernière minute et l'hôte a été très réactif : message envoyé a 22h, j'étais dans le logement a 23h. Il a accepté mon chien sans problème. Je recommande vraiment pour un logement d'appoint, a proximité de Rouen, sans être dérangé par les bruits de la ville.
