During our trip to the west of France, we stayed at this lovely house, which has all the amenities you might need and is surrounded by nature. The house is located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. Despite our rather spontaneous reservation, we were warmly welcome. We would be happy to return!

Our family of four enjoyed everything about our night at Remy’s marine-themed ranch. From the masterfully crafted wood furniture to the decor and lighting, we sensed the care that had been put into building and furnishing the ranch. The large bunk bed was a perfect sleeping arrangement for us and all slept soundly on comfortable bedding. In the morning we got to know the white horse on the property and already the children want to go back! A warmly recommended lodging.

We had a great stay. Mickael and his family were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is unique but comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The scenery is beautiful and it was only a short drive to Rouen. The pool was warm enough and big enough to have a good swim. Hope we can return one day.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Amazing stay for a big company, everything is perfect

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

Very happy with our stay overall despite some dust in some places. Very quiet and unoverlooked location. The heated pool is nice, it's a real plus! Our dog enjoyed the beautiful wooded, enclosed and well-maintained grounds.

Perfect and pleasant apartment as described

We had a great time at this place. Everything was as described: clean, well-equipped and very conveniently located. Juliana was very responsive and caring which made our weekends even more enjoyable. The accommodation is clean and functional, and it is well located because it is close to bus lines to reach both the city center of Rouen and the universities. The services offered also allow you to cook, which is really nice. In addition, the accommodation is very well soundproofed and despite the presence of the road nearby, I did not hear the ballet of cars. In addition, the PassPass system offered by M&A Conciergerie is really useful and allows you to focus on all the rules to be adopted within the accommodation, which allows you to set a clear framework and quickly access information.

Romuald was a wonderful host. Very responsive and friendly. The apartment was perfectly situated within easy walking distance of train station, local attractions and great restaurants. It was extremely clean with everything you could need for a perfect stay in Rouen.

The interior of the room, the facilities, and the bed were all nice and clean, and everything was great. The location of this apartment, especially in front of Rouen Cathedral, was great for sightseeing on foot, and the bus stop was just behind it, so it was very convenient. There are two Marches nearby, where you can get fresh vegetables, meat, and fish, and there is a supermarket, making it convenient. The weekend show in front of Rouen Cathedral was very nice, and the gentle sound of the bell every day soothed my heart. Cedric is very friendly and bright, and is quick to respond to anything that comes up. Check-in and check-out were also very smooth. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I booked this place last minute and the host was very responsive: message sent at 10 p.m., I was in the place at 11 p.m. He accepted my dog without any problem. I really recommend it for a spare accommodation, close to Rouen, without being disturbed by the noise of the city.
