The Singyang Village Estate

DedeepyaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Extremely supportive, warm, and friendly hosts who took great care of us throughout our stay. Special mention to Gyatso and his wife, the staff and ofcourse the lovely pets. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Though it’s a little away from the main town of Pelling, the peace, views, and hospitality make it totally worth it. Highly recommend!

The Mountain Base | Homestay | Hiking | Experience

RituparnoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Homestay - Humble. If you're seeking peace and tranquility, you must come here. Sit by the window and all you see is the lush green panorama, all you hear is the endless chirping of birds. And when you see the clouds rolling in through the valley, you may never want to leave. The Host - Like a brother, he took care of us. Prakash bhai was there when our flight was hours late and we arrived post midnight. He did complain a bit, but that's his pahadi sense of humour. Never said no to any requests/demands. He offered us snacks+coffee+rum, and did not charge a single penny more, even though all of it was out of his meal plan. And he suggested us hikes/treks around Gurdum. This is where Chandan bhai comes in. The man not only cooked for us, but was also our guide on a short but thrilling hike to Dumbarkhola falls. Amenities - Basic. Clean room, delicious food. If you're a yak/pork lover, ask for it. 3 meals, 2 tea+snacks per day is offered at ₹600. Come here, rediscover yourself.

BAGAR farmstay (Cottage)

ParthaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
For those who want to feel close to nature, Bagar is the right place. Derived from Nepali Bagar means river bank. This place has all the amenities to develop into a full-fledged farm-stay in the lap of nature. The host Abhi and his young team will pamper you with not very fancy food and drinks at very reasonable prices. In short BAGAR is THE place for digital detox , enjoy the musician in u and chill.

If you like a place that’s bohemian chic and just a short walk from the Mahabodh, this is the place for you. The bedroom was rustic and simple, yet the bathroom was modern and clean. I was also served a delicious omelette in the morning. Delightful!

Daarapari - The art of Slow Living

ElinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Where to begin… Staying at Sristi’s farm was such an authentic and unforgettable experience. I had the chance to live alongside Sristi and her lovely family, and it gave me a genuine glimpse into their way of life. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home — Sristi has such a warm, welcoming energy, and we connected really naturally. She quickly felt more like a friend than a host. We shared some amazing moments together, including a trip to a beautiful river. There’s so much to do around the farm — whether you’re in the mood for hiking, exploring the nearby village (don’t miss the best samosa in West Sikkim!), or simply unwinding and soaking in the peaceful nature all around. And I can’t forget to mention the food — absolutely delicious, every single meal! Needless to say, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a special place, and one I’ll carry with me for a long time. Thank you Sristi!!! Until next time 🫶🏼

We had a lovely stay at Tuhina and Parimal’s place! The room had beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and was cozy and clean— perfect for a relaxing getaway. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh roses on the table, which instantly made us feel welcome. The host’s home is stunning — thoughtfully designed, peaceful, and filled with a warm, homely vibe. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Every meal was flavorful, fresh. Overall, our stay was memorable and so enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a wonderful experience. We’d definitely love to return and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat.
A well-lit entryway is displayed, featuring a wooden door partially open to reveal a glimpse of the adjoining room. A decorative wall shelf is mounted on the opposite wall, showcasing small items illuminated by warm lighting, enhancing the calm ambiance of the space.

mariya condo

TiaraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I booked the condo for my family of 5 members for 2 weeks in May 2025. Syed was super responsive in terms of answering questions and providing information. The condo exceeds our expectations and has all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was great for a family setting if you’re looking for flexibilities such as (laundry, cooking, food options, proximity to local attractions and markets, ease to get around). For someone from the U.S, the most importance for us was the bathroom. The condo has both types of bathroom (Western vs East Asian). One room has the Western type and the other has the East Asian type to cater to their guests’ needs. At no charges - Syed reserved a driver with a car for airport pickup, coordinated local and long distance touring package around Bodhgaya, Bihar region, Varanasi, Kushinagar, and Agra at competitive pricings. He helped coordinated truck rental, negotiated prices with local vendors, and traveled with us on our donations drive and well building!!
