I had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and check-in process was smooth. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and came with all the amenities mentioned in description. I especially appreciated the peaceful and private location—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

Our stay at Nawang’s place was great. We shall rate him as super host. Hospitality of Nawang and his wife Ruhi always made us feel at home. They are very caring. My husband is having a knee problem. The way Nawang assisted him on our way to and back from Mall Road is highly admirable. Ruhi’s company in my total tour, I will treasure in my memories. Food was not only delicious but also prepared and served hygienically. Cleanliness in the homestay was highly maintained. Scenic view from the balcony was adorable. In future again if I visit Darjeeling I will choose to stay at Salakha Homestay. I will always refer others to choose Salakha Homestay if you want to have a very cozy homely environment, with good hospitality, delicious food and above all a good company i.e. a super host.

Rohan’s place was beautiful and very cosy and clean , We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. He and his family were very kind in every way and very helpful and friendly . We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed every minute in Darjeeling. Thank you Rohan , you are a wonderful person .

Mr. Paulzor was an absolutely amazing host. He is very polite and decent and indeed really helpful. The way he hosted us made us feel at home, especially the way his dogs greeted us. He will ensure that your stay will be free from any problems and will arrange for any service that you want. Morever, his place is literally just 10 minutes walk away from Mall Road. I would highly recommend that guests have food at his place rather than any other place in Darjeeling. He makes homemade food which is absolutely delicious. All in all, it was an amazing stay at his place and would definitely stay at his place whenever I visit Darjeeling again.

Rohan's place was absolutely beautiful, just as he described. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His mother is such a kind and warm person, and she treated us to a delicious home-cooked dinner. Overall, our experience at Rohan's place was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it!

Had a great and warm stay. Uncle and aunty were amazing and welcoming. The food was good and they made sure we feel at home.

Khando's best view homestay is very well decorated...all the items and rooms are the same as described.... khando's family is very much co-operative...we stayed there for 2 days....we are 6 members in our family.... our whole family is very much satisfied with everything....specially there behaviour is awesome...highly recommend from my side for the viewers...

It was another WOW experience🥰🥰 As part of my All India motorcycle ride, I reached Samar’s place on my 308th day. I was warmly received by Raghu, Samar’s younger brother, who was a very nice and friendly person. Right from the check-in to the check-out, Raghu was hands on. A very proactive and friendly host. The food served was very delicious. The curd was the best curd I had in my life. Raghu’s mother was so affectionate and friendly. The property was clean and neat. Raghu took me to nearby destinations and told me about the history of Muzaffarpur. An amazing host and an excellent property. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The place was good from inside. The look of the building from outside may not seem appealing as it's an old apartment, perhaps from 1930s. But, the house is beautifully decorated in the inside and offers an amazing view of the Kanchenjunga from every room. We had the entire place to ourselves, so it offers privacy. Hemanto, the caretaker was very responsive and friendly. He was always available for all our queries and everything we needed. I can't really thank Marina, the helper, enough. She helped us with the chores. She kept the house squeaky clean. I traveled with three senior citizens, one of them couldn't travel most of the days and stayed in, Marina heated and served her the food we kept and stayed till she ate. There are a few cons: - There are forty steep stairs to climb. This should be highlighted instead of just mentioning in a sentence in the long description. - The bathroom ceiling in the first bedroom is broken and the bathroom stinks.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb managed by Vishal. The apartment was comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with bright interiors. My private room was cozy, with an attached washroom, and access to all essentials, including a kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a balcony. Vishal was a fantastic host, sharing tips on local attractions and even offering an electric scooty for city use. The apartment is well-situated near cafes, markets, and public transit, making it a perfect base for exploring Patna!

A Hidden Gem in Patna! Staying at Amitesh’s place was an absolute delight! The view from the property is hands down the best in the city — lush greenery, open skies, and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. I had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was impeccably clean and exactly as advertised, with all the amenities in place. The location was excellent — easily accessible and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. It was conveniently close to restaurants, hotels, and the airport, making travel and dining hassle-free. The added bonus of dedicated car parking was very convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Here's a detailed review from our experience - The place was pretty easy to spot using GMaps and the guidance given by Mr Yougal. He's been extremely generous and hospitable throughout our stay. The house is equipped with possibly every utility one could think of. Every nook and corner has something to offer, extreme attention to detail. For instance, one can even find a large umbrella for those downpours (When you're not prepared! 😛). The living area is laden with items like snacks, tea, coffee, etc nicely tucked into the tight spaces. Location also is pretty central, one can easily find taxis to plan commutes anywhere in Darjeeling. Mr Yougal can help connect with friendly local cab drivers to plan any travel.

Place is same as described in pics.Morlon helped a lot in checkin and check out also do checkout the in house restaurant momos were delicious.Dont go by outside apperance of building place is neat and clean

Fantastic place. Quiet (which was great as there was a festival on - rock- and this was out of the noise). The stroll into town was so enjoyable (note if walking is hard and being amongst the bustle is key then this might be a stretch). The views from two bedrooms are breathtaking- I’m not sure anywhere else would have this view. It was warm with lots of heating and hot water. Large kitchen. Large Lounge. Lots of places to be together or apart if you needed respite from each other. Very easy to communicate with. Everything works well.

I travelled to bodhgaya from Bangalore. Just one update regarding location, the Maps shows the longer route. please ask some local people or owner for simple route. Once I reached the place, I was amazed to see the cleanliness and the calmness there. The owner is very co-operative and gives you complete privacy. The space is equipped with basic amenities like kitchen, comfortable beds, geyser. The space can comfortably accomodate four adults and 2-3 children. I personally stayed with my wife, one kid and parents and comfortably enjoyed my stay there. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a comfortable time at this place. The view of Kanchenjunga was beautiful from there. The room is exactly as described and in a good locality. The host was very friendly and greeted us with a Darjeeling tea every morning and set up campfire at night whenever requested. It's a good area and i recommend choosing this place to stay.

I stayed with Kesang for 2 days, and it didn't feel like I was away from home. Starting from local recommendations to helping make last minute arrangements, he had everything under control. The property is a bliss and the host made it into memorable.

It was like a home away from home .very cordial and heartwarming upholding the value of athithi devo bhava in words and spirit.

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it as a family. The surroundings were calm and relaxing. The wooden floors and warm lighting gave the room a cozy feel. We could cook for our little son, which was very convenient. The furniture was old—my child and I sank into the sofa and got hurt. Though the host fixed it after we informed them, we didn’t use it again out of caution. There was a guitar that matched the atmosphere, but one string was missing and it wasn’t tuned, so we avoided it. The window didn’t offer a proper view of the hills due to its position and nearby construction. However, the walls and photo frames were simple and elegant, giving off a nostalgic charm. A thoughtful touch was when the host gave a teddy bear to our son to play with the next day. Despite a few issues, it was a nice and memorable experience.
