Relax with the whole family. Very quiet and pleasant place in the midst of nature with a small waterfall of crystal clear water. It has a swimming pool, heated bathtub (Spa) for 7 people, ponds for fishing and swimming, a chicken coop for harvesting eggs, cats and dogs and a cow to take care of. The village has a wide variety of birds due to the amount of fruit and trees at the site. It has a party room with a wood stove, oven, smoker, and a 4-burner charcoal grill.

A small house with a super spacious kitchen, with a barbecue and a wood-burning stove. Living room next to the kitchen, with sofa and TV. One bedroom with an en-suite. For up to 2 guests, double bed. Located in Areias de Baixo, a very quiet neighborhood and close to nature with lots of greenery. Antenor Beach is the closest, 10 minutes away. Path to the beautiful beaches of Governador Celso Ramos. Nearby there is a supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, general stores.

The suite has a balcony and a whirlpool. Accommodates 2 adults in a comfortable queen-size bed and up to 2 children in extra beds (no fees charged). Access is easy and safe, with asphalt to the condominium. We accept small pets with a few rules: no climbing on sofas, beds, or armchairs. Note 1: in winter, pool under maintenance. Note 2: condominium with houses under construction, which can generate noise during the week (no construction work on weekends)
