Vacation rentals with lake access in Biguaçu

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It's close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The time we spent there was great.

It's hard for me to stop my time to write and give a testimonial. But I was so welcomed that I felt the love in every detail of the house. This house is light, its energy is different! Gratitude 😎❤️

great place, perfect for resting, all very organized and in contact with nature

We loved our stay at Affonso's place! It was the perfect place for us to relax in the hammock amongst the lush garden on the property. You can tell so much love and creativity went into this house. We loved being able to get to the beach in just a few minutes walk from the house or ride the bikes around to the market or other parts of town. Affonso is also an extremely helpful and responsive host. He went above and beyond to help us with some travel documents we needed for Guatemala and made sure we got them in time. We cannot thank him enough for his help and for hosting us!

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend and would come back at a next opportunity!

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Thanks for everything Amadeu - incredible host!

The perfect apartment, great location, to access the beach was just across the street, balcony with spacious barbecue, excellent cleaning, td according to the description and photos. I recommend

Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hi Soraia. Great stay. We had a very good holiday at this location. The apartment is an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the real strong point is the condominium's outdoor space, with a very large green area and very good infrastructure. I leave only one suggestion regarding the check-out time because 10 a.m. is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 p.m. at least, or there could be some flexibility, even because I think it's unlikely that another guest would occupy the property right after the holiday ends. This point is a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Cozy apartment, new furniture, and everything very organized, impeccable cleaning with towels and bedding that were super-scented. Otima location and Dona Rozangela was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We'll be back for sure!

The place is wonderful. Well located, it has restaurants nearby and the beach as well. I loved the place and the cottage. We'll definitely be back again. :D

The house is great, well equipped and very cozy. The space on the property is large and very well maintained, it has animals, two cows to feed, birds and hummingbirds and two ponds for fishing - the house has fishing rods and bait. Great for going with kids, my daughter loved the animals and fishing. Clécio (host) always responds very quickly and is very attentive. I recommend it, great and beautiful place.

Wonderful location, secluded space, cozy house, full party area, swimming pool, waterfall, ponds, fruit trees. One of the best places we know.

Our stay was great. It met our needs and expectations. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Very easy access to the lagoon. Lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities available. Very cozy room and great TV. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Plenty of hammocks, tables and chairs. We just need more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it!

You know that feeling of entering a place and feeling already at home? It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)

Beautiful place, the sound of the creek is amazing. We very much like the contact with nature. very complete house with utensils. In general everything is great. A negative point... Every kitchen item to be used we needed to wash, sinned in the hygiene of the house in general, in the most the place is wonderful.

Refúgio da Preguiça in Águas Mornas is an excellent place for a quiet weekend. The highlight of the property, without a doubt, is the river that flows alongside it, the sound of running water creates a relaxing atmosphere and, in summer, it must be perfect for cooling off. The house is well-equipped, with complete utensils and a wood-burning stove, ideal for preparing typical winter dishes. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for gathering friends around the fire. Marileia, a thoughtful host, was always attentive to our needs. We highly recommend it!
