Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Cozy 6-person chalet by the sea at Zoutelande

At beach campsite Valkenisse between Dishoek and Zoutelande is our cozy 6-p holiday chalet with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The chalet has its own parking space and a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of privacy (tall hedges, so you have no prying eyes), garden furniture, and a separate lounge set behind glass, where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine. Given the size of the chalet, we consider it suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children (high chair and cot provided).

In the quiet Zeeland countryside in the hamlet of Poppendamme, near the capital Middelburg, you will find vacation home Poppendamme. The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Furthermore, Meliskerke can be reached in 1.5 km, where there is a warm bakery, artisanal butcher and a supermarket.

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
