Family-friendly vacation rentals in Big Bear

Was in town in the Spring for an event and my stay was amazing. Relaxing hot tub. Grill for some steaks. All needed cooking instruments and an incredibly relaxing spot. Highly recommend.

Felt right at home, very roomy and open. Backyard is beautiful with all the snow. Definitely will be staying here again (:

Dirk and Rosanna’s place was one of the best places we have ever stayed at in Big Bear! The location was convenient for us to get to the slops at Bear Mountain without worrying about parking. Everything was pristine and easy to find. I love a place that has all the supplies and decluttered. This was truly a 5 Star condo. We even found a robe for when we went to the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and plenty of white fluffy bath and hot tub towels. Host was a great communicator and decorator. Thank you for letting us stay at your luxury cabin!

Very comfortable and well appointed. We had a quick one night stay but left rested and happy.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Big Bear is such a fun place to visit with so much to do all year round. We spent a week during spring break and could not have asked for more at this cabin. It was big and cozy and very well equipped with everything we needed and more than we expected! We spent most nights in the game room that had something for everyone, and the fireplace kept the upstairs toasty while adding ambience. The yard was massive and fully enclosed so we felt safe letting our dog outside. The kitchen had everything, lots of space, and being open to the living room area allowed us all to spend time together while cooking. The host was super responsive and proactive and the neighborhood was quiet and close to The Village. We would totally stay here again!!!

It was a very nice place. Clean. Organized . homey and good location. Hot tub was clean hot and nice. Fireplace was gas and easy to use. I’d rent again . Well worth it.

Unbelievably amazing. This place was a dream. We planned a surprise birthday for my wife and this cabin was perfect. Gretchen went above and beyond and communicated everything clearly, and made the check-in process smooth and easy (even assisted in keeping it a secret from my wife). The cabin is right up the street from all the major places you'd love in Big Bear. Beautifully decorated and everything was clean when we got there. I hope to one day visit again.

This was the perfect cabin for walking to the village. It was very easy to find and had everything I needed for my stay. Great porch as well

Another amazing stay in Big Bear! Robb’s cabin was cute and welcoming. It had all of the amenities that you would need and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Also had great views from the back patio. Robb was very responsive and accommodating, would definitely book again!

This is the third time we have stayed at Claudia's cabin in Fawnskin. As always, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is fully equipped and comfortable. The backyard is large and perfect for our dog to play in without concern for damage. The primary bedroom has the best views! What a treat, as always.

Great proximity to Snow Summit. The property has a garage that you can use to park your vehicle, or in our case bikes. Private parking was excellent so we didn't have to worry about fighting for parking.

Great location with easy parking behind the unit. You can walk right out front to the Downtown street.

Really quiet community and convenient to the core area of Bog Bear. Very clean house and it has everything you need.

GREAT PLACE. Enjoyed our stay, the open floor plan was cozy, newly remodeled inside. CON: Small shower, shower head not the best angle (no adjustments) Shower door hard to close. Bathroom door also hard to close. GUEST BEDROOM- tiny not great lighting. Lacks natural light throughout home (skylights would be amazing) PROS: Amazing hosts! Close to downtown, feels private, awesome patio deck, nice trees on property, new BBQ, heaters work great! (some reviews said they didn't work? was not the case for us) The house had everything we needed. Fully stocked and clean. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being responsive and proactive throughout our stay.

I’ve stayed in big Bear many times this was my first time in Mike’s place. Mike was very responsive to my questions and helped me with a flexible check-in to fit my schedule. The house was really nice. The windows were updated. Love the hardwood floors. The kitchen was really nice and plenty of room. Both bedrooms were great master bedroom wonderful view. Very peaceful nice big TV to watch sports couldn’t ask for more.

Great Location! Everything you need. The WiFi situation needs to be addressed a little more clearly. The living room TV needs to be updated. regardless, 5 stars for sure!

Just as described 3 bedroom 2 baths . Grill on patio nice little kitchen . Host responds within minutes . Centered middle of lake arrowhead village a plus . Would stay here again .

An excellent experience. A very cozy place

Prime location for anyone competing in the Big Bear Spartan. It was peaceful leading up to the weekend, allowing restful sleep and relaxation. I was able to register for the race early in the morning and head back to the house to prepare and stretch comfortably before the race. It was nice coming right back to the house to unwind and recover, especially with the convenience of the hot tub! Totally played a part in minimizing soreness. Centrally located to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and hiking trails. The scenery was beautiful and something I will never forget! It was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay there again if I am in Big Bear. I can only imagine how awesome this place is during the ski season!

Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

It’s only the 2nd time in 3 yrs that I used Airbnb - so I had some issues w/locating and entering. Boris was unfailingly polite, responsive and patient with my questions. (Note: local authority directed me to a waste station charging $15 to take my garbage.) Altogether the place is clean and comfortable as well as convenient. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub and the array of entertainment options provided in the cabin. I highly recommend, THANK YOU Boris!

Absolutely loved the apartment big spacious comfortable beds quiet .Definitely gonna make this place a regular spot to stay .
