Vacation rentals with a patio in Bièvres

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Es war war alles wunderbar! Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Juliana ist stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir danken ihr sehr für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Gegend ist sicher und schön, alles in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen und der Blick unbezahlbar. Danke! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Great place, would rent again

Alles war perfekt. Ein wunderschönes Appartement, praktisch eingerichtet mit den wichtigsten Dingen, eine große Küche und wunderbare Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Der Check In war flexibel möglich und sehr einfach, weil es gute Anweisungen gab. Sehr nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Vielen Dank!

paulo est accueillant et chaleureux . nous avons très bien été reçu. studio impeccable et rempli de petite attention. tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement . nous y reviendrons lors de nos prochain voyage sur Paris.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l’appartement, tout était parfait. Oifa a été au petits soins. Nous avons eu de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement

logement très bien situé. entrée sécurisé. Belle espace vert qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu. Bémol sur la propreté.

Et utrolig koselig hus i nydelige omgivelser. Stor hage som var utmerket for barna, og det var romslig, rent og fint innvendig. Huset var utstyrt med det nødvendigste, i gangavstand til butikker (10 minutter) og tog (2 minutter). Vi tog toget direkte til sentrum av Paris, Disneyland og til nydelige Saint Germain en Laye - veldig praktisk. Selv om toget går jevnlig rett forbi huset, opplevde vi det ikke som plagsomt. Verten var svært hyggelig og behjelpelig, han hadde gode anbefalinger og tips! Vi møtte også hushjelpen som var utrolig skjønn og hjelpsom. Anbefaler virkelig dette huset for reise med større gruppe og barn, og verten er fantastisk!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Magnifique maison très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour parfait. Très beau jardin au calme et sans vis à vis. La maison est très propre et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au cœur d’une très belle campagne.

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
