Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

Recently renovated guest area with bathroom. Cooking facilities can be used. The bed can be pulled out and can then accommodate two people. We also rent out a double room, with which the bathroom and kitchen are shared. We don't live in a party area. It's quiet here. Lake Müggelsee is not far away. It takes about 40 minutes by train to get to City East (Alexanderplatz).

The detached house is located in the park. Public transport (public transport) and shopping are 10 minutes walk. The drive to the city center will take 15 minutes. Playground, horse steel and forest are very close. The garden with trampoline, sunny terrace and the barbecue are available. Relax in this peaceful and sunny space.

The living area was completely renovated in 2020. Karlshorst has a good infrastructure and is very well connected to public transportation.
