It is a studio of about 35 m2, located on the ground floor of my house, and you can enjoy the garden as much as you like... I rent for a minimum of one week, unless you book two days before or the day before or the same day... My street is under construction from September 13 to the end of December: you will only be able to access it on foot or by bike, you will have to park in the nearby streets: 100 to 200 m of walking.
