Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is good sized and nice when it's hot. This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we enjoyed the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

Great stay in this large apartment overlooking the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. Both patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

Our stay went very well. The place was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't miss anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating out. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity to the highway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

We had a great weekend together. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, full of charm. Very functional, and tastefully restored. Communication with Christine was excellent, all the information we needed for our arrival was given to us accurately. Very flexible host on schedules which allowed us to leave more quietly after our cycling race. We strongly recommend!

We had a great time with the family three generations. The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live with others, and it was a pleasure to swim in the heated pool at the end of October. The scenery that surrounds the house is really spectacular. We don't get tired of rediscovering it every day depending on the weather. We leave regret this beautiful place. Beautiful house, nice bathrooms, great kitchen. House in a calm neighborhood. The beach is maybe just a bit too far to quickly get there on foot, but if you have a car it’s no problem.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Delphine and Frédéric's house is ideal for a group or a large family. The place is quiet, not overlooked and close to everything, by car or bike. The garden and swimming pool are very pleasant. The house was very clean, the furniture and dishes perfectly suitable. Sophie, who welcomed us, was very friendly, smiling and caring. We will definitely come back to finish the Basque golf course tour!!

Very good stay at Béatrice and Thierry's who were very friendly and welcoming hosts. The accommodation perfectly matched expectations and the location is ideal for being quiet while being close to Bayonne. We were able to enjoy the great outdoors as well as the amenities offered by the house (well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, huge shower, etc.). A stay to be repeated without hesitation!!!

François' place is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. Recommended!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Stunningly beautiful surroundings and a very stylish and highly liveable apartment. Proximity to Saint Jean de Luz and the stunning coastline a huge plus. Some reviews have mentioned difficulty of getting luggage up from car park - but this was not an issue for us, Benoit sent map location to unload at back gate before driving to carpark. Don’t hesitate. Amazing!
