Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. In the Biscar'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming little quiet house, rated 3* by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can nevertheless accommodate 1 young child and/or 1 baby: contact us to arrange these options. We prefer to rent by the week in high season, for any other need of overnight stays (minimum 2) or weekends and public holidays, thank you to make us a request for information. In a peaceful and green setting, a short walk from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is completely enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.
