There are two parking spaces, and the village and train station are five minutes by foot. The house is fully furnished with quality materials. There is air-conditioning in every room.

It is very well located 1.6 km from the beach, 10 min from the center of Biarritz and the Place des Cinq Cantons in Anglet with its good shops and restaurants in the market halls.
