Monthly Rentals in Bhandarkhal Garden

Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I booked in Nepal. I even wish I could give more than 5 stars :) Jung and his family are very accommodating hosts, who genuinely want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. I was offered an earlier check-in as the room was free. I was proactively provided delicious simple breakfast every day, did the laundry for me. All these are extras why I wanna rate the listing more than 5 stars :) The room was spacious, clean, very cozy, very comfortable bed. The balcony was nice in a small compound so I never felt the noise of Patan. Meanwhile it is in very close proximity to the Patan Durbar Square. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around. I highly recommend it and will absolutely stay there again while in Patan. Thank you Jung and the family 🙏

I had a great stay at Helena’s amazing Kaalo.101. The vibe and atmosphere of the place is great — a homely space where you are free to be and express yourself for who you are. I spent four nights in a comfortable and creative room. On the first night all the artists/guests shared food and drinks on the rooftop which was lovely. And the surrounding area, Patan, is awesome. A lot quieter than other parts of Kathmandu. Artsy and architecturally inspiring. Highly recommend!

We stayed at 2 different accommodations from this host during our stay in Nepal and they both were just all you need: well-equipped, beautiful, cosy and nicely situated (in the heart of historical district but still hidden enough to be very calm and quiet). Hosts were very pleasant to communicate, they've prepared the leaflet with food and activity recommendations in the district and personally made check-in even late in the evening. Besides, they've shown themselves extremely helpful, as me and my boyfriend had a food poisoning during our stay: hosts brought us bottled water and went to the pharmacy for us to get some medication. I can definitely recommend this host and his apartments, as well as a cottage, in Kathmandu!
