We enjoyed the nice house with wonderful host! It was my first time to visit Imus, but we enjoyed our stay. 숙소는 빌리지 상당히 안쪽에 위치해있으니 필요한 물품들은 꼭 사서 들어가셔야 합니다! 방이 많고 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 따뜻한 물은 2층만 나와요!

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

I just have 1 complain, the knob of the water heater is so high that my wife who is small is having hard time to reach it. I can't help her since I'll get wet once I turn on the knob. 😅 Other than that, the place is great.

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

Premium house that is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, private, and had everything we needed: well stocked kitchen that included a high end stove, oven, and refrigerator, and even a hot and cold distilled drinking water dispenser (water supplied); comfortable furniture; strong WiFi; and excellent air conditioning in bedrooms and downstairs common areas. There is also a lovely garden in a small atrium that was a peaceful and relatively cool space to relax outside. Wilbert and Anna took great care of us. They restocked our toilet paper and paper towels, changed out our linens and towels as needed, and were overall exceptionally kind and responsive. The neighborhood is gated and felt safe. The house is walking distance to a delicious pan de sal bakery, cafes, and a fruit stand. It was easy to flag down a tricycle to drive us to excellent nearby restaurants. We couldn't have wished for a more wonderful place for our large family to stay, and we hope to come back soon. Maraming salamat!

nice and clean, quiet and comfortable

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

I can't say enough about this hidden gem. Absolutely incredible. Everything you want is in this home - hot shower, laundry, fully air conditioned, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, big smart tv, amazing backyard, fully equipped kitchen, great quiet safe neighborhood. This place has it all. The hosts and caretaker Sir Lito are so welcoming and they are there for anything you need. This is definitely a home away from home.

Condo complex was peaceful and nicely maintained. You could also sense a feeling of community here, with many people playing basketball in the community court in the afternoon. The room is compact but clean and comfortable; quite a contrast to another room I stayed at an AirBnb closeby. SM Bicutan, while not a fancy shopping mall, is within walking distance, which made staying here convenient. A note to future guests: if going from the airport (or from the city), make sure to take the highway. Otherwise the traffic in front of the complex is some of the worst you'd see (at least it was for me!) and you start thinking you're better off walking.

The unit is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful compound, offering a real sense of privacy and relaxation. The caretaker and neighbours are friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s a fantastic spot to unwind—calm, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. There was a small hiccup with the shower, but the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. We also made a minor mistake with the checkout process, but the owner was so understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was fantastic, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Emer is super host. If I ever again will need accomodation in Manila she is first person which I will contact and I hope I will need it many times in the future. At theese days is so hard to find so kind, helpful, nice person. If all people were like her, the world would be a much better place to live. And ofc, accomodation is so nice and cozy, have more then you need. If you find it available on your dates, don't think twice it might be late.
