Charming 40 m² accommodation, composed of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Guests can enjoy its 30 m² terrace, common to the 2 cottages.

The apartment is renovated but retains the charm of the original 1870s building. Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.

It is 4 km from Gisors, where you will find: shops, supermarkets, restaurants... and also a medieval castle full of history. I have a garage to store bikes.
