This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

In an elevated position overlooking Kalkan bay and the harbour, you can enjoy peace and tranquility with beautiful views and sunsets whilst being just a short stroll into bustling Kalkan with its fabulous roof top restaurants, bars and up market shops.

Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.

The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. FYI A damage deposit of 7,000 TL is taken. Provided that it is returned after being checked.
