Ms. Gülen was a very good hostess. The house was so sweet. We had everything we needed. It felt like our own home. In addition, the house is in the most beautiful compound of Kalkan. There are 2 pools in the compound that you can use and a private sea swimming area. Free transportation is also available on site. I can say that we were very comfortable and had a pleasant week. If I come to Kalkan, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flowered surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

Haluk has been a communicative and thorough host and his Villa was a beautiful paradise! The lighting is warm and welcoming in every room and the Villa has a private and secluded outdoor area that made us feel like we were the only people in the area for kilometres. I highly recommend you book to stay here- superbly luxurious and very comfortable!

Beautiful villa in a great location!

We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Nova it was everything we were looking for and our hosts were so responsive - they actually arranged for shopping to be organised and delivered to the Villa for our arrival as it was going to be late and we were mindful of needing a few bits in for the children. Will definitely stay again

We had a pleasant stay in this magnificent villa, very well equipped and located both quietly and close to the town center and all amenities. The big plus: the breathtaking view at sunset from the infinity pool. The hosts are very responsive and always available. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay. We'll be back with pleasure!

Our stay at the villa overall went very well. The villa is located in a very quiet village, away from the noise. The space fits the descriptions very well. However, we encountered some technical malfunctions, but were quickly resolved thanks to great responsiveness from the host. Communication with Mr. Muhammet and his brother Ömer was easy and prompt!!

We stayed with our family and it was one of the best houses we've been to. The house is very big and spacious, with a stunning, large and cozy grounds and a large swimming pool. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of Oludeniz and sunset. The house had everything you need, lots of dishes, a dishwasher and washing machine, and even a great sauna that we used! The villa is suitable for a large family and a family with small children (there is a high chair, crib). The host and his family were very welcoming and friendly, quick to answer any questions and help if needed. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time.

We spent several weeks in Turkey, Berat and his place were best of the best. He made himself so available over messaging that I found myself asking him about local things as if he were family; and, lots of people ask us where we stay, and everyone knew who he is. On top of a mountain with a sea view, the place was a retreat and any issues that arose were immediately resolved. Mountain stays can have quirks, but his were minimized. It was ideal. When we decided to extend our stay, his place wasn’t available - so he spent two days finding similar villa options for us with his family and friends and following up until he knew we were good. Would definitely stay again, for a lot of reasons. Not far to city (15 mins at low speeds) and all primary amenities, mini grocery 5 minutes drive. Very private, secured place. The master villa of Mr. Oguzhan was as described and it was the same as the photos, it was clean from our entrance to the house, everything was tidy, the pool was magnificent, the pool was magnificent, the garden was very nice and the garden was very nice and sheltered, we had a very sweet and pleasant holiday, the location was close to the center, the grocery stores were not close to the center, and it was very comfortable for us to have a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance, and it was very comfortable for us to be very close to a lot of places by car, and thanks to the fact that it was above the center, the air of the villa was very nice and the air of the place where the villa was very nice and it was very comfortable to work, we would definitely recommend it to everyone.
