13 of us stayted at the place, and were extremely happy with our choice. Host is very helpful and provided all the information. In conatct with us throughout the trip when required. Rooms were neat and location walkable to tram and bus stop. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Evin konumu gerçekten harikaydı. Hem tasarımı hem de temizliği açısından oldukça etkileyiciydi. Banyo ve tuvaletin birlikte olması nedeniyle duş sonrası etrafa biraz su sıçrayabiliyor; bu yüzden yanınızda terlik bulundurmanız faydalı olabilir. Ayrıca, bina eski olduğundan ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil ve üst kattaki daireden zaman zaman ses gelebiliyor. Fakat bu bizim için rahatsız edici bir durum olmadı. Yine de sese karşı hassassanız bunu göz önünde bulundurmanız iyi olabilir. Ev sahipleri son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi, her sorumuza çok hızlı yanıt verdiler. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, tekrar tercih etmeyi mutlaka düşünürüz.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Well thank you and I’ll exactly come back again . 5 stars for apartment, 10 stars for Bur

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

Host was kind, responsive and very accommodating. place was perfectly located in proximity to Taksim Sqaure. it's a side street so it's mostly quiet and peaceful and if you want the craziness it's just a few steps away. also very close to small grocery and the metro (subway). The place was comfortable and served as home away from home.

Had a great 3 night stay, apartment was clean and comfortable. Right next to Galata Tower. Central to metro. Good shower. Great communication. Plenty of places to eat and drink around. Would stay again, thank you

Great appartement and location, terrace is super nice but could do with little bit more care such as plants and furniture. otherwise really enjoyed the stay.

Lovely district with many good bars and restaurants. Very clean flat with comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. Great view from the roof terrace. A fantastic option in Cihangir district.

Tolle Wohnung am Galataturm. Die Aussicht von den zwei Balkonen der Wohnung und der grossen Dachterasse ausserhalb der Wohnung ist unbezahlbar und zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist für viele Unternehmungen gut gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants, Cafes und Bars. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen gut ausgestatteten kleinen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig, man wird nur von den Möwen morgens geweckt. Nurten ist stets erreichbar und gibt tolle Tips für Restaurants und beantwortet schnell alle Fragen. Wie haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Really great location and hopefully there is no any outside noise. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. My only concern is water pressure/temp in the shower can be inconsistent, but nothing crazy. The host is really great and helpful.

Wonderful apartment! The place is incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean. The bedroom windows face a quiet courtyard, which makes for a very restful sleep. The natural light in both rooms is just perfect — bright enough to feel fresh and energizing, but never harsh or hot. It’s a joy to wake up here, and the living room is a lovely spot to work in with all the daylight streaming in. The hosts were always responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Definitely my number one choice for future trips to Istanbul!

Check-in and communication were very smooth. Great location in a lively district with lots of great shops, Cafes and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet, and nice touch with water in the fridge upon our arrival. Only small downside was a sewage smell in the bathroom, so we kept the door closed when possible. Overall a very nice stay!
