The flat is just next to Galata Tower which is one of the most famous historical landmarks of Istanbul. It is in the intersection of local and other touristical areas also 3 minutes away from metro and bus stations where you can also hail a cap. There are many boutique cafes around where you can have coffee - breakfast . The private terrace with bosphorus view will make you feel amazing when take your breakfast or grab a drink at nights. There is also a panaromic bosphorus view in living room.

There is fridge, air conditioning, washing machine, cooking stove, microwave oven, kattle, TV, hair dryer, heating system. High connection WIFI. TV has free access to many world channels

Luxury Concept 2+1 Plaza Apartment with Full Sea views

Located in the centre of the city which is only km to Taksim Square, 4 km to Vadi Istanbul Mall, 15 min away from the old town by ferry, 5 km to Besiktas square and bosphorus area. It is also only 25 km to Istanbul Airport. Our residence buildng is very luxry and it has Restaurants and Cafes, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank and ATM machine, Medical Clinic inside. Our residence is just 10 steps walking distance to the park area which is near by the sea that you can take a long walking.

Our apartment is very close to the places to visit. When you are on the floor and our esteemed guests arrive, you will only go up 1 floor and access our apartment. I thank the host for his classy and distinguished treatment. He was very keen to serve us and facilitate all procedures for us. I would like to mention Abu Yasmin. The apartment is spacious and clean and in a good location. It has all services. It just needs to review the price because there are apartments with the same specifications and at a lower price

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. The host thoughtfully provided some household essentials, even laundry detergent. The apartment itself is located in a nice historic neighborhood, which is a sight in itself. It's also very convenient to get to other attractions in the city by public transport — there are many buses and a tram running through the area, which made it possible to visit quite a few places.

Had a great stay at Ilyas’s place! He was super friendly and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. Really appreciated the late check-out too. The area is awesome — lots of great cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner. Just a heads-up: getting to the house involves quite a few steps and some ups and downs, so it can be a bit tricky if you’ve got heavy luggage or travelling with older people. But once you’re there, it’s totally worth it. Thanks again, Ilyas!
