The air-conditioned rooms of the apartment are spread over 65 m2. All rooms have sea view and the associated terrace can be reached via the living/dining room. In the living/dining room with fireplace and TV, you can look forward to a relaxing time after beach or hiking days. From the living/dining room you can reach the furnished terrace with sea view and space for 4 people to relax. The modern built-in kitchen is well equipped, including ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. A bathroom with shower is right next to the bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be put together into a double bed 160 cm) and TV. From the second bedroom with double bed (180 cm lying area) and TV, an additional en-suite bathroom with shower goes off. In the utility room, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for the holiday guests. In addition to this apartment, Casa Bellavista also has an upper apartment that is offered and bookable in a separate Airbnb listing. Both apartments can also be booked together, so that the entire Casa Bellavista can be booked. Important: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax (Ecotasa), which must be paid by every guest from the age of 16. From the 9th night, this amount is reduced by half during the high season. The payment of these costs is mandatory and is not included in the rental price of the apartment, but to be paid directly to the owners.
