Take your time in this family home, completely renovated in 2024, located a few steps from the historic Grand-Place, is perfect for up to 5 people and 2 babies. The house has 4 bedrooms. At one end of the street you'll find a delicatessen and a shopping street, and at the other end the Grand Place, with its historic beffroi, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The underground parking lot entrance is 50 meters away. The theater is 300 meters away, and the TGV station is a ten-minute walk.

The 38 m2 studio is on the ground floor of my house in a residential area 250 meters from the Bois de Boulogne and the citadel of Lille. The studio is new. Downtown house close to many places of interest in Lens within walking distance: Bollaert Stadium, Louvre Lens Museum, Tourist Office, swimming pool, SNCF and bus stations. Market on Friday down the street, supermarkets 100 meters away. Renovated in 2023, we were keen to keep its original spirit, which is why we chose materials and furnishings to give a style combining vintage and modern, repurposed objects and decorations made by us.

Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.

On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room open onto a wooden terrace through its large bay windows and the rooms are bathed in light all day long. For the summer season (May to September) we install a jacuzzi on the terrace, parasol and garden furniture.
