The cottage is beautifully restored and has all the charm while also offering modern day amenities. The hosts have truly thought of everything you may need and made it the most comfortable stay! It was easy to find and provided lots of privacy whole also being close to downtown to enjoy a dinner out. It was clean and beautifully decorated with some unique elements like a dragon shaped bathroom faucet. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach. We would love to come back for another visit!

From the moment you start communicating with Vera she lets you know you’re in great hands. She wants your stay to be the best possible. I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The home was great for our visit to Bethlehem for our daughter's Lehigh graduation. It was clean and easy to find, Noreen was responsive and made things easy for us even though we arrived at midnight after having a 5-hour flight delay from California. She had the outdoor lights turned on for us and was responsive to my messages. Everything worked well and was very clean and tidy. Noreen even had fresh cut peonies out for our arrival. The only thing that was tricky was the water pressure in the master en suite bathroom - the water from the sink faucet only came out in a very thin drizzle, and the shower didn't heat up very well. So we ended up using the main bathroom instead.

Danielle was a wonderful host, very fast with responses and made us feel very welcome in her lovely home. The house is very spacious, and beautiful and was very accommodating to our group. The house comes with a paddle boat and kayak and we had lots of fun taking them out to the pond in the backyard. We really loved our stay and would love to come back and stay here again!

I am from Georgia visiting and I absolutely loved the stay took me a while to get up the steps but that’s because my knees are shot haha the hosts were amazing with helping in anyway they could and made sure I was comfortable if your looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this place and I will be keeping it saved for future visits the location and perfect it was quiet and beautiful and just overall relaxing and the local area had great restaurants and stores to check out thanks for hosting me it was a genuine pleasure to stay

David's place was great. A very special location, with beautiful views of the Delaware River. We would love to return for another getaway from the city.

This house was spotlessly clean, perfectly organized, and filled with so many games and activities for kids and adults. The backyard was a particular highlight with all of the lights, games, seating, and a fire pit. The hosts provide everything you need to take advantage of the perks of the community lake/beach and more. We had our choice of kayaks, oars, life jackets, rackets, bikes, etc. Wendy was a very accommodating host! We enjoyed our time in the house and in this neighborhood so much that we will be back!

This home was the perfect stay for a long weekend trip. It was in a very central area to all the surrounding places I was hoping to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and had cute wildlife to view such as deer and abundant bird species. The home itself was the right size for my pup Grady, my mom (who got to explore Jim Thorpe area for the first time!!) and myself. It was clean and felt cozy. Place was just as described and perfect for our weekend getaway visiting Philly which was roughly a 20 min drive away. The backyard was truly the highlight: spacious and with a gorgeous pool. House was clean and fresh towels and small toiletries were provided which was a nice touch! Hosts were super proactive in reaching out and very communicative prior, during and after the stay. One minor note is the bathroom is small. Other than that, great stay overall!

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Terrific place to stay! Very near Lehigh University and most other things to do in Bethlehem. The street parking was a little tricky, but not a big deal.

Cozy, comfortable, warm, convenient, and homey! Melissa's place was perfect for a longer stay and equipped with kitchen essentials and laundry. The Zen Den was a wonderful space for exercise, and the second bedroom doubled as an office space for remote work. Lovely!

Kim is a great host. She was very polite and friendly. I felt at home at Kim’s place and she responded promptly to any queries we had. I would recommend staying at Kim’s beautiful place.

It’s the little things that take a place from great to exceptional. This house had the conveniences that made being away from home feel like a breeze. Good shower heads, hooks for towels, USB-C adapters in plugs, coffee pods, and plenty of comfortable spaces. Appreciated plenty of blankets and pillows for naps on couches and TVs aplenty. The sky lights personally made me happy. It had all the needed kitchen appliances including an air-fryer! Thankful that Marc was close by to help with split air units and trash when it was raining. Highly recommend!
