This home is very welcoming and cozy. Located close to SR 32 and I 275. Convenient to shopping, theaters, restaurants. There are 2 small bedrooms upstairs with a feeling of warmth and comfort and a place to rest. Located in town on a quiet street across from the police station. The home has a back deck attached to home & a second deck with a view of the Little Miami East Fork River. Within walking distance to coffee shops, banks, post office, restaurants, & the village community park.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)

Secluded home away

The place feels like a cabin in the woods. It sits on 11 acres with two ponds and an outside fire pit to enjoy. It has a very large deck overlooking the pond and woods with a patio table and chairs also a propane fire pit. Watch the deer and turkey as they pass through. All necessities needed are just up the road at Dollar General. It’s about a mile to Bethel and about 25 min. To 275. Contractors welcome.
