The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious—much larger than it appears in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, with everything within easy reach. Arantxa is an exceptional host: super flexible, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment — it was the perfect home base for our time in Valencia. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how *spotlessly clean* and beautifully decorated it was. Every detail, from the tasteful artwork to the amazing lighting made the space feel both elegant and welcoming. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from cafes, shopping, and the metro. Javier clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and memorable experience. Everything was exactly as described and communication and recommendations were appreciated and excellent.

We had an incredible stay. The apartment is in perfect condition for our needs. And Jonathan is always attentive to our requests. To recommend and repeat. Thank you 🫂

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Highly recommended to stay, among other things because of the perfect location between the city center and beach. A lot of grocery stores and shops nearby. The apartment is nice in terms of decor with plenty of closet space and a fantastic terrace. The host Carmen is amazing and makes you want to come back. We enjoyed her hospitality, her tips and good care. We will definitely be back.

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect to reach everything by foot. Bus and metro are also nearby. In the morning it was sometimes a little louder with the window open, which did not bother us. We are satisfied! 😊

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Alejandro was an excellent host , super responsive and helpful. The house was excellent well equipped and spacious great for what we wanted it for. Beach is a 15 mins walk away with loads of restaurants.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Apartment as in the photos, all new and clean, the kitchen/dining table are small but the 4 of us ate without problems. The neighborhood is quiet with several grocery stores nearby. Very convenient by bus and subway. Pilar gave us clear directions and was helpful.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. The host was fantastic—very friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip extra special. Very nice, very simple entrance to the apartment. Very friendly at all times. There are several supermarkets nearby and an outdoor public parking lot nearby.

A wonderful place to stay that’s in a great location! Easily walkable to the main attractions of the city and very close to great grocery stores and restaurants.
