We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything We will surely repeat again.

The house is better than it seems in the pictures. We had a great few days with friends. Very good location for the greenway of Ojos Negros. Elisa was very helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Mery's airbnb as a family holiday - ages ranging from 5 to 82! We really enjoyed Mery's place - the rooms were spacious and the house was great. The kids especially loved the pool and we spent most of our time either by the pool or at the front of the house on the verandah. We had hire car which made getting too and from the house to visit Valencia, beaches and to get groceries easy. I enjoyed the tranquility and peace and quiet being outside of the city. We throughly enjoyed our time and Mery was a great host - recommending good restuarants and places to visit during our stay. Thanks agian Mery!

Vicenta was very kind and behaved well with us during our stay in Valencia. She explained everything about the house so we knew how to handle everything during the days we were left. The house is nice and very well located because it is next to the metro. I certainly recommend her place.

The house is very nice with shaded terrace and all the comforts you need. The cooler nights are very nice and make it possible to lower the temperature of the house. Access to the pool and sports fields is easy and sharing with neighbors goes very smoothly (we were often alone on weekdays). The environment, the mountains are perfect for taking walks of various difficulties. I would recommend Charo's place which is a very nice and available host. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at Ramon's, very nice pool especially in summer. Valencia is accessible by car in 30 minutes. Ramon was very available and ready to answer any questions we had. We recommend this listing without hesitation.

Great place with a huge yard, perfect for families and pet friendly. The house is equipped with everything you might need, very very peaceful and private location with the beach just a few minutes away on foot. The area is a bit secluded but the village near by has some restaurants and stores Not too far from great natural parks The host is exceptionally friendly, helping and welcoming.

Great stay in Valencia, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of kitchenware, and many common spaces. The host was very attentive and super friendly.

A super nice and spacious home. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden! The host was top notch and pleasant in communication. Very helpful, for example when we were allowed to drive to the supermarket on arrival.

The house and garden are perfect for spending time with friends and family. The kids had a great time playing and the whole place is really safe. It is an old house but everything is comfortable and well equipped.

Very good stay spent in Mar's house, we are very satisfied. The layout of the apartments was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy moments of conviviality with friends, especially on the shared terrace. On the other hand, without a car, the location is a little off-center, so you have to check train schedules to get around, because there are not many taxis and Uber. Otherwise everything else was perfect! We also thank Mar and her husband for the excellent welcome, the responsiveness, the flexibility for check-in and check-out and for all the recommendations of restaurants and activities! We would highly recommend it!

We had a good time in the accommodation, everything was clean, tidy, with full equipment, both in the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, etc. There is plenty of place to sleep for the people who are advised in the listing, in addition to a very quiet place to spend a few days with family or friends. I highly recommend this place both to enjoy the summer, for its pool and common areas, and for the winter dates, for its comfort and location, if what you are looking for is tranquility.

A comfortable house to go with a group of friends with children. The pool is fenced (a success for families), children's play area, which although a little dated and in a regular state of maintenance, has been a very used space. Spacious rooms and kitchen equipped with the basics. We were very comfortable, thank you!

I had a lovely stay at Laura’s place. The house is exactly as described and the areas around Xilxes have many great things to explore. It was very peaceful and the communication with Laura was perfect. The house has an amazing ocean view and you could even hear the waves at night as it’s located directly on the beach front. The kitchen had everything you need and the WiFi was working good, also for working remotely. It was still cold somedays in April but the heating worked good. Laura gave many tips about things to do in the area. I can warmly recommend a stay at Lauras house to anyone! Thanks for the relaxing holiday.

Very nice owner, the accommodation was spotless, a breathtaking view of the sea. Very clean accommodation and consistent with the photo, a pleasant swimming pool accessible at all hours.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

First time in Faro de Cullera, so obviously was a bit apprehensive, but I needed to have been, Julian's staff and his own support during the holiday was superb. It was truly hotel standard. Not surprising as the villa adjoins his hotel. The location is perfect being so close to the beach and all facilities, i.e. shops and restaurants. The accommodation was four star, more than meeting the needs of our family of 15. There is a regular bus service from the old town and train station which we used regularly. 1.45e for one way trip, cash only accepted. But the highlight of our holiday was the local playa des Olivies. only a 2 miniute walk away. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Raul and Desiré were phenomenal with us, super attentive at the time of communication made the arrival feel perfect even though we made the reservation just 2 days in advance! The chalet is an authentic wonder, super well equipped and decorated, with a splendid view from both the balcony and the rooms. The ideal destination to spend a few days on the beach, there is a very cool chiringuito next to the beach (ideal for afternoon).

A nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with the family, the beach is next door with a nice walk.

The house is very charming and has patina. The courtyard and rooftop terrace is very welcoming to relax or eat together with friends and family. The beach is really very close and invites you to swim. The nature reserve is very easy to explore by bike (tip: Dunabikes lends bicycles - about a 10-minute walk). Bus 24/25 makes it very easy to get to the city of Valencia. We enjoyed it very much here and would be happy to recommend it.
