Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

This is the third time we have come to the Mas de Blacholles and it is always a pleasure, charming little farmhouse in a small natural setting. Anne-Marie always responds quickly with great kindness. We'll be happy to go back!

First and foremost the drive up to saumane is beautiful. The hosts farm is simply wonderful. You are met by two donkeys that love to say hello as you pass. the lodge is perched on the side of a hill with a great view of the valley. Theres a small wood stove perfect for late nights. Plenty of out side lounge space. Very airy with all the sliding doors open. It is a great little getaway. There is a cat named chestnut who is a lover of cuddles, she was our best friend! The bed was quite comfortable and it was amazing sleeping with all the doors open. Glamping at its finest! In town there was a small bar and restaurant Le Panier Fleuri. There you will meet Jack. A top tier bartender/owner from London turned local legend. The drinks and food were phenomenal and the whole crew made us feel like we were family. The whole experience is quite euphoric! We had a great time. Benoît's house, typical of the Ardeche, perfectly matched what I was looking for. The location is very good for discovering the Ardèche du Sud. The hamlet is very quiet and relaxing.

Great house for a family vacation! The house has all facilities you need and is located conveniently close to Suze-La-Rousse (small village with some nice shops and restaurant).

We had a lovely stay with the family... The house is warm, very clean and very beautiful with a distant view of the Chauvet cave and the mountains. This house is a haven of peace and total relaxation. The host is very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha, the jacuzzi and the pool. The host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

The indoor pool is a real plus, and the many recreational facilities allow you to fully enjoy yourself with friends. You can feel Mickaël's passion for music, it adds a nice atmosphere. We had a great time in a beautiful house, very clean and surrounded by a nice garden. The location is ideal for exploring Labeaume and the dolmens on foot. Hélène, our hostess, was very welcoming, available and pleasant in our exchanges. We felt very welcomed and would happily recommend this place!

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

What a beautiful home and location. The house is in a cluster of stone homes in this spectacular hill town. Cobblestone paths, beautiful gardens and ancient architecture and history. Pierre was helpful in carting our suitcases through what looks like a Harry Potter village up to our very modern, comfortable house. A unique Provence experience.

Great stay at Aeric and Caroline's! Incredible farmhouse in a typical Ardeche setting. Eric and his son were very nice and we would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. We loved it.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully decorated and warm. I can only recommend it if you want to discover the Ardèche and stay in a spacious, cozy apartment, where you feel really good. The village of Balazuc is beautiful, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, we enjoyed it. Mary is a great host, responsive and thanks to her everything was easy and chill.

Excellent host and excellent property, Romain is very clear in his explanations. The few times we needed to communicate, he was perfect, very courteous and friendly, his accommodation was really as described, ideally located... I really don't regret it and in the future I think I'll book Romain and his apartment.

The house is very well located, a plus is really the large terrace with a superb life for barbecues. We had a good comfortable weekend at Didier's.

An incredibly pleasant place, a peaceful and bright environment. It was a real pleasure to stay in Alexandre's house: the rooms are spacious and pleasant, the outside perfectly maintained and Alexandre's welcome perfect, knowing that he was able to be very flexible with the arrival time. The apartment is in a lovely old building, which has been nicely renovated. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, and the king-sized beds and quality linens were a nice treat :-). Parking is not on site but was readily available (and free) very nearby every time we needed it. The village is charming and a good base for exploring the area. We highly recommend this lodging. One caveat: If you find stairs difficult and plan to do laundry, be aware that the washing machine and dryer are not in the unit but are two flights of stairs below in the courtyard.

We were very well hosted by Gérard who is a warm, open and calm person that does good in a world where everything goes too fast. The place is beautiful, ideal for recharging and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is very nice, the bedding is superb and everything has been very well thought out. The place is secluded but the access to the river and hiking trails are wonderful! The small terrace is lovely!
