Charming apartment on the ground floor of an 18th century building in the historic heart of Pézenas. Everything on foot! Visit the city center, museums, shops, artisans, antique shops and flea markets, restaurants galore! My small 35 m2 two-room apartment offers comfort and quality services for 2 people: equipped kitchen, TV living room, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, 160 cm bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, linen included. All you have to do is settle in and cocoon!

Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

The residence is very quiet and secure. It is located next to the large Richelieu Ouest beach, it is a 5-minute walk away.
