Vacation rentals with a patio in Beşiktaş

First of all, even though we stayed for two days, we embraced the house a lot, it was a very clean, tidy, modern house. You find everything you're looking for, they have a lot of grocery stores and restaurants, and the place is in one of the best neighborhoods in Istanbul. The fact that there is a pier directly opposite makes transportation super easy. There is no word on the view anyway, there are many more beautiful views than the most luxurious restaurant in Istanbul, we will definitely rent another house of the mayer group when we come to Istanbul every time we come to Istanbul. They are very professional and helpers at their job. As soon as you enter the house, you understand their quality. We didn't encounter a smell as mentioned in the comments. In addition, there is quite a lot of parking space on the top of the road for the parking problem, you can park there and go down the stairs to the house. Thanks for everything

We spent 3 nights in Fatih's apartment with my husband and son. Rooms don't communicate, which is a real plus! We can watch the Bosphorus at night while the little one is asleep. The apartment is large, clean, maybe a small refresh of the shower joints would be welcome but it's more to find a problem! As said in a previous review, the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, with all the slopes and stairs of Istanbul and Besiktas, it is better to know when booking. The kitchen is well equipped but we didn't use it at all, the neighborhood being filled with cafes and restaurants. Thanks to Fatih, see you soon Istanbul.

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

Mr. Ahmet responded to our questions instantly before and during our trip and supported us to stay smoothly. The location was at the center of the basic transportation vehicles of Istanbul such as buses, minibuses and ferries, and this provided tremendous convenience for transportation to all sightseeing points. The basic items and supplies for use in the house were clean.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

nice place to stay, location is perfect and the home is better than expected

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great Host and great apartment in beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great time in Istanbul in this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a stone's throw from the Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to access the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is undoubtedly one of the best locations to discover Istanbul. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
