Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

The apartment is located in an idyllic thatched cottage with lake views. The house is located on a spacious property on the edge of the Prinzenholz. The decor is friendly and bright. This apartment was newly built and furnished in 2022. Our farm is located off the main road, very quiet and idyllic surrounded by meadows and forest. It is about 6 km to the Baltic Sea, Grömitz. You can shop in our Regiomaten or in the surrounding towns of Lensahn, Grömitz. In the season from June, we operate a farm shop where fresh vegetables from our own production are offered.
