Great location for those who want a house with their feet in the sand. The house also has household appliances that facilitate the routine of the house with children: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer. The house has a layout that integrates the kitchen and living room, also allowing a view of the pool, so that adults can supervise the children. The furniture is well-maintained and the house decor is clean. And, most importantly: contact with the host, who is always attentive and answers all questions.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

For those with a child is the perfect rental!! It has two beaches nearby, at the place of the house is quite quiet and quiet!! We love it, we will definitely come back!!

The house is great, exactly the same as the photos and as described. The high point is the gourmet area and the proximity to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet, with a calm sea. We went in a group of 9 people, being 4 elderly and one baby, and we spent great days on site. Amanda responded promptly at all times we need, she was cordial, worried and flexible about checkout. I recommend it!

We spent the Easter holiday (17-21/4) with the family. The house is like the description. Our group of 10 had the absolute best time! It is really worth hiring Maria. We arrived from the beach and the house was tidy, clean and with the food ready. Chairs and umbrella are new. The pool is not heated but we still used it every day. We didn't miss any household kitchen utensils. It has no dryer. Just a suggestion, although it doesn't have a tear, change the living room sofa. I found it low and a little uncomfortable. The mattresses have no smell, a plus, but for my taste, I found them a little soft (I like firmer). Reasonable bed, table and bath linens. There is no face or beach towel, so you need to bring them. Showers and air-conditioning ok. House with easy access to the mall and close to the beach. The internal path to the beach is very nice and clean. The room below and one of the upstairs en-suites are without screens on the window (it was missing). The rest of the house has screens. Overall, it was great!

Kleber's place is excellent, identical to the listing. We were in a group of 18 people, and the accommodations were perfect, all the facilities of the house such as shower, air-conditioning and lamps work perfectly. We were very well accommodated. The house was very clean when we arrived. And Kleber and Fernanda were very quick and quick to answer us, and they helped us in what was needed. I make an observation about the presence in the house, of animals from the forest, which is at the bottom of the house. If there are people in the house, they don't enter, but if everyone leaves, you have to close all the doors and windows so they don't come in. The house is wonderful, and it has served us very well.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. The apartment is spacious and serves a family well because it has 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. Daniel, was very kind and quick to respond. The condominium is spectacular, attentive staff and impeccable maintenance.

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well located. We only stayed one weekend and we couldn't enjoy the leisure area, which is very good. Renato is a very helpful person and gave us all the necessary attention. Riviera is a very safe place for that moment of relaxation.

Quiet, comfortable and very nice place, as well as hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman at our accommodation. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by small staircase, with balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it is even possible to have a good barbecue. The decor and lighting are harmonious, with the owner's artwork. The project and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We'll be back for sure.

We only spent the weekend, it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, very well-equipped, comfortable and a very good condominium. Communication with the host was excellent, always very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay again
