We have created a comfortable and very practical space for those who like to enjoy the beach and have a good place with infrastructure to rest. Just 300 meters from the beach, in a gated community with 24-hour security, just leave your car in our parking lot and enjoy everything on foot and very close by. It's not just an en-suite, but an en-suite with a full kitchen! You can make all your meals and save a lot with this. All suites have separate entrances. Only the pool and outdoor area are shared.

We are inside the Condomínio Morada da Praia at Boraceia beach in Bertioga SP. Boraceia Beach has kiosks, lifesaving, security , showers and bathrooms. The condominium is closed the security is our great privilege, with monitoring of cameras and vigilantes. We have infrastructure with market , drugstore ,ice cream, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops ,church and UPA 24hs (private),where there is no need to leave the condominium , except to visit other beaches and take the tours .

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

Very interesting Pousada, it served me and my wife very well for a weekend. The street does not give direct access to the beach, but with a simple outline on the block it is already possible to reach entrances 1 and 2 of Juquehy. Good breakfast, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely return on new occasions!

All wonderful. Super clean place, very beautiful and with a lot of privacy. The waterfall near the very beautiful house, it pays to know. Breakfast served very capricated. For those who want to enjoy the beach, I recommend going by car because there is no uber like in SP/capital, and the road is far away on foot, but by car 10 minutes. Selma, very helpful and flexible, even with two teenagers lost rs, helped us a lot. I recommend the tour!

The weekend we stayed at the inn we were welcomed by Mr. Jeferson, very kind and attentive. The girls who work at the inn are also very kind and attentive. They gave us local recommendations and helped us with routes when we left. All very well educated. The place is very clean and cozy, just like the photos. When we return to Guarujá, we will definitely look for the guesthouse again.

Stay VERY close to the beach! Located at the end of the street, great for those seeking peace and quiet. Several iFood options that deliver to the address! Ricardo and his wife were very helpful and polite! I recommend and intend to come back!

The accommodation was great. We feel very safe and supported. In addition to being close to markets, restaurants and only two blocks from the beach. Both host Dennis and Daniele were very kind and helpful.
