Accommodation as shown in the photos, everything organized, very clean and fragrant! View with incredible sunset, short walk to the beach and short distance to the mall. Building staff, even the beach service, were very polite. Tatiana was always available and responsive. We will definitely return!

I loved the apartment! It's exactly as advertised, everything is very clean and organized. Check-in was very easy and fast and the building staff were always very kind. And the apartment is very close to the beach. My family and I were very satisfied and will certainly come back other times.

The condominium is amazing, it has everything you need, it was the best beach experience of the Litoral Paulista we had!

The apartment is perfect, everything is clean and complete with utensils. New refrigerator, stove, air conditioning and microwave. Very close to the beach The condominium has everything, bakery, market and even emergency room. Flavia is super friendly and gave us all the details, her recommendations for places were sensational. Everything exactly as in the listing! Gustavo e Monique's apartment exceeded our expectations, we had a comfortable and fun weekend! Gustavo is a great host, super attentive from the start before the reservation, until after we left we were very well received with the clean and cozy space. It is a very well equipped apartment with appliances, kitchenware, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, barbecue and private pool, on the roof are strengths of the apartment, perfect for family. In addition, the building has several amenities for an even better experience. 5 minutes from the beach, Our stay was perfect Recommend, we will return for sure.

We had great days in the Carnival period, less than 1 block from the beach, with beach service, the condominium very organized and well monitored, quiet. Upon arrival we were impressed by the cleanliness, airy, well-structured with cooking utensils and bedding! João very requested and fast to fulfill our requests. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was very nice, as strengths I can highlight the location, very close to the beach, the condominium is very beautiful, cozy and with several leisure items, the host Guilherme, quick to respond, kind and flexible, the house although old is very spacious and served our group well.

The stay was excellent! Vera was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and helped us with any questions. The apt looks like the photos: they are 3 main suites and 1 adapted service suite, which can be used for guests as well. The bedding was of great quality, clean and soft. Apt well decorated and tasteful. We went with young children and we had no problems. Wifi works, but it's not very powerful for video-conference if you go to work. For the basics, it serves well. Very close to the beach, with chairs service. Da to walk to the mall and restaurants. We hired an employee for cleaning and cooking and it was excellent as well.

The apartment is amazing! It would be easy to live in it. Everything was very clean and the organization was eye-catching! New beds, linens and towels of excellent quality, new appliances in perfect condition and of the highest quality! to mention the view that was to make the eyes shine! I left wanting to stay! It's worth every penny invested in this family moment!

Excellent apartment with sea view, the building is excellent, with many amenities, heated pool, SPA, dry and steam sauna, it has an integrated space with other buildings with a mini market, beach tennis courts, restaurant. The only detail is that an en-suite is in the laundry room, but the room has air conditioning, it was not a problem

Everything was good. Some repairs needed. But the place is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

We really like it! We went as a family and spent a weekend. The house is very good, well-equipped and organized. Everything was clean and the space was very good. Large rooms, large bathrooms, very good outdoor space - we use the pizza oven and the barbecue - bita differential. The location is great, quiet condominium and always had security passing on the streets, we feel very safe. Besides everything, it is a few meters from the beach, very quiet to walk. The host also always responded quickly and gave us all the information clearly. We also asked to enter 2 hours earlier and he authorized it. It was really worth it. Would recommend!

The apartment is wonderful, exactly as in the description, and Henrique's proactivity was essential in my family's experience in this period. We want to return shortly.
