Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Berthier-sur-Mer

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Il y a de nombreuses activités aux alentours : visite de l'ile-aux-coudres (30 min.), randonnée au mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) et magasinage dans la ville de Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). Les lits étaient très confortables. L'espace commun est très lumineux et le petit balcon est bien orienté pour profiter du soleil. Un petit point à améliorer est que nous aurions aimé que l'herbe entourant le foyer extérieur soit coupée puisqu'elle était longue et ne nous a pas donné envie de s'y rendre. La description du chalet reflète bien ce qui s'y retrouve. Nous recommandons ce chalet!

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

My husband and I loved staying here! We got to enjoy what the island had to offer, and it was a quick and easy drive into Old Quebec City. The house was very cozy after a day of walking around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this Airbnb!

Place was nice but the weather was terrible, so our experience wasn’t as good as it could have been.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour ! Chalet avec une très belle vue, ambiance chaleureuse, beaucoup d'équipement pour cuisiner. Lieu très propre et bien rangé. Lyne est très disponible pour répondre aux questions, elle répond très rapidement et semble avoir bien à coeur le bien-être de ses hôtes ! Je recommande fortement :)

My work colleague and I stayed at Line's place for 3 nights for business. The place felt like home right from the beginning. The place was perfect for our needs, even though we didn't use all the amenities that were available to us, as we only had the evenings free. Downtown Quebec City was amazing... very historic and majestic. I only wish we had more time in the day to be able to enjoy the heated swimming pool and go on a hiking trail along the river which runs directly behind their house! Maybe we'll have that opportunity at another time... Highly recommended.

This was our first stay on the island and staying at Veronique’s home was an absolute dream! Her home is simply stunning, the home itself is beautiful and so is the view! Veronique’s home was a perfect place to stay to explore the island and Quebec City and I would recommend it to anyone that is going to stay on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

Great apartment with top class appliances and great security. Very quiet for the location and added bonus of a secure parking space. We enjoyed the walk into the city area and Metro supermarkets were within 10 minutes walking distance, either a flat walk to the city area or a more strenuous walk uphill at the end of St Jean street. For those who like a drink, the General is virtually opposite and make you feel really welcome. Tommy was quick to check that everything was okay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with my wife and our two children. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything a family might need, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy blankets and even a few toys for the kids. The location was perfect. Quiet and safe, yet close to local attractions and amenities. Our host was welcoming, and responsive to ensure our comfort, including helpful tips and very clear instructions. We felt truly at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for families!

Excellent place to stay and Frederic was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend in Old Quebec, with great coffee and restaurants nearby. The walk to Rue du Petit-Champlain was only 35 minutes and well worth it!

Gisèle est très gentille, accueillante et disponible. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre, très tranquille, lit confortable.

Notre séjour a été top. L'appartement est très bien placé : il est à une trentaine de minutes du parc des grands jardins et on peut aller à pied à la charmante ville de la baie de saint paul. Notre hôte nous a bien conseillé et nous a même donné des explications historiques sur la région de charlevoix. Je recommande cet appartement

la casa es grande, comoda, tiene todo lo que necesitas y mas. El barrio es hermoso y en 15 min de auto estas en el centro, tiene cerca muchos negocios para comprar comida.Ademas es una casa espaciosa y decorada con muy buen gusto. Una de las mejores que he alquilado. volveria y la super recomiendo

Tout etait parfait. La propreté était vraiment parfaite. L’hôte nous a fait sentir à l’aise dès les premiers messages. Une adresse que nous gardons pour nos prochaines visites à Québec.

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

Excellente localisation pour explorer la Vallée de La Jacques-Cartier et suffisamment proche de Québec pour aller souper à Québec! Logement impeccable et très confortable. Cuisine très bien équipée!

Appartement splendide, plus grand en vrai qu’en photo. Tout confort et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue Champlain et du Port. Vous pouvez visiter la ville à pieds. Le + : une place de parking en plein centre ville

The place was stunning! Looked exactly like the photos, very clean and spacious! We didn’t have any issues apart from the door lock (not all buttons would light up so it was a challenge to put the code in) and the room downstairs didn’t get much of the AC. Otherwise the location is perfect to explore Quebec City & local hiking trails. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns in Elises Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt: ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein kleiner Balkon mit einem schönen Blick sowie außergewöhnlich gute Matratzen im Schlafzimmer. Die Instruktionen für den flexiblen Check-In waren sehr klar verständlich und prima illustriert! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!

Le logement est parfaitement fonctionnel mais manque de cachet afin de le rendre plus cosy. Le canapé n’est pas celui de la photo (manque la méridienne). Sinon rien à redire.
