We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Only 8 minutes (by car) to Montabaur, 30 minutes to Limburg or Koblenz. You can also start in nature immediately from here, whether hiking, cycling or motorcycling. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Our charming house offers a cozy home with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Enjoy time on our terrace. Particularly noteworthy is the small garden, where various fruits grow that our guests are welcome to harvest. The cottage has 3 stylishly furnished bedrooms, which have been designed with a lot of love for detail. The living room invites you to linger and spend the evenings together with its cozy furnishings!
